Maybe the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I walked in happy and engaging. The one employee finished what ever was on his phone and slowly looked up. I asked Kimberly and hesitantly was told casually, “ yea. She’s not here today. Probably won’t be in for a couple days. Don’t know what to tell you.” No willingness to help me or even try. I couldContinue to write out the dialogue but really it’s pointless and infuriating to relive the experience.Despite my builder having discussed options with Kimberly before, I just don’t think I am going to go back. They showed up 2 1/2 hours late to install my carpet. Then. The craftsmanship was definitely not what I had hoped for . I'm a realtor and I've seen some Shotty work before but this is ridiculous. Then the worker said he would be there all day . He left for a while leaving my door unlocked . Not even bothering to call me to say he was leaving and the house unlocked . I Wouldn't recommend to my enemy!!! Thanks so

Carpet Giant Carpet One does not stand behind their products! I bought a piece of carpet there and had them bind it into a rug for me and less than one year later the carpet is crushed where anyone ever steps and the color is so faded that I can't rearrange my furniture! I wish I could post my photos here but I can't see where I can on this site, the carpet is pretty obviously poor quality in them. Wonderful experience. Kim helped me out in a bind and really came through. We had a flood and our whole basement was unusable for weeks. Everyone else was giving us long delays and high prices. I went in and Kim somehow squeezed us into the schedule and got it done in about a week. My kids were no longer displaced and the result was amazing. I love the quality of the materials. I've been recommending them to everyone I talk to. I don't think you can go wrong shopping here.

Literal Theft of Funds. Installed damaged carpet, then said they would schedule a fix. But rather than schedule a fix, they charged my card without approval by keeping my credit card number from the deposit. And they have not even made an attempt to fix the damaged product. Instead … “they got paid and walked away” like every bad construction story. I did not authorize the charge, and I believe it is theft of funds, and they haven’t even finished (a month later) with the installation. FRAUD (in my opinion).

Do not take your business to this company! I wish I would have read the reviews on them before I went. I had ordered carpet from sam and I specifically asked if I would be able to cancel my order if I found another company who could install it sooner. He told me there might be a restocking fee but failed to mention it would be $500. I ordered my carpet late in the day on a Tuesday and cancelled Thursday morning. I had to call four times and they kept telling me they would call me back. I never got any calls back so I finally had to go into the store to make sure it was cancelled. The guy said he hadn't heard anything about the cancellation. They claim they received the carpet the very next day that I ordered it so they had to Charge me $500. I'm pretty sure they didn't receive the carpet that fast and they were putting off calling me back so they could get $500 out of me. What kind of business is this where they have no communication with the customer and fail to mention the fee is that much? Very dishonest people. Bad customer service! Why would anyone cancel if they knew how much they would charge. That's why they don't tell you how much it would be

"they got paid and walked away" like every bad construction story. They "say" they have a 100% guarantee, Love it or they will replace it for free! But so far, all I have gotten is an unauthorized charge, poorly installed carpet with visible seams, and damaged carpet missing tufts!

I have a rental that was trashed, the worst tenant in 30 years of renting. I had made an appointment with a rep from Shaw Flooring (thru Costco), he came out, I choose the flooring, an he said he would text me confirmation of price & install date. I waited 3 days nothing, the next 2 days I texted them 3 times & no response. Went to several places before Carpet Giant but, they could not install within 3 weeks. My sales person, Gary was excellant, & so was the installer Oscar, and his team. Gary made sure that every thing went smoothly, he even brought the base boards out himself. From the date I went into the store to the date it was finished took 20 days. Look Great & the price was good!

It’s only been less than 3 months and I’m already thinking about hiring someone else to redo my floors. Don’t hire them, you’ll regret it. Learn from my mistake, getting your new floors installed is already stressful enough, you don’t need to be more stressed about having to deal with unprofessional people like Gary, Chandler, and Dean. Calling it the worst flooring company is an understatement. Awful customer service, awful people who have no communication skills. They won’t listen to your feelings of frustration because they don’t care.

This place has a huge selection and very good prices. Dallin is awesome to work with. He's got a strong understanding of the various floorings, good artistic eye, and gave us a great deal. We told him what we like and he gave us several options that we loved. Apparently Carpet One has a huge buying power and they get very good prices that they aren't afraid too pass on to the customer (at least that was the case with Dallin). I have, and will continue to recommend this location to family and friends.

The overall experience was extremely frustrating and stressful, hiring them to do my floors was one of the biggest mistakes I made my whole life. They are so bad at communicating, and don’t care about the customer. It was almost impossible to get ahold of the sales person, they don’t care about whether your are satisfied or not, they will just tell you nothing is perfect so deal with it. Please go somewhere else if this is your first time getting your new floors installed.

Our carpet selection for the stairs and upstairs bedrooms was laid in August 2017. The carpet fitter, his wife and family were extremely speedy in their work finishing the job in a couple of hours. We were satisfied with the result at the time. Last year however, we noticed that the carpet was showing ridge bands and obviously needed tightening. After speaking with Chris on December 30, we were told someone would come and review the problem a week later. The man inspecting the carpet at our home agreed that tightening was the answer. He also said that furniture might need moving although the carpet seam locations would probably obviate moving anything. He said that he would convey this information to Chris who would organize a carpet fitter.7 WEEKS later I called Chris who was quite vague in recalling the situation at all. He indicated that he would contact someone to repair the carpet and that I should call back this week in case he forgot!! The last conversation I had with him today was fiery and extremely argumentative. Once again he had done nothing to fix the problem and argued with me vociferously. Customer service from this company was appalling and I was treated with no respect. Chris was rude and is completely unfit to deal with the public. To that end, I shall speak with the CEO, Mr William Sutton at the earliest opportunity. He should be made aware that his company's success relies primarily on the customer and that his staff should treat all customers with civility and respect at all times.
