Staff were awesome. While I was in town, I dropped in just to kill some time, and they offered to let me take a test ride. Where I live, no one offers test rides, let alone to an out-of-towner who is unlikely to buy that day. Thanks!

Wouldn't EVER buy one, Over- priced, Over the top Maintenance required.... Generally not reliable , If you want something reliable, Harley is NOT the bike for you.. THIS is a picture of a Good looking Reliable Motorcycle.........?

I recently purchased a 2023 Harley-Davidson 120th Anniversary motorcycle remotely from Harley of Salt Lake City, and the experience was excellent thanks to their sales manager, Blake. Despite the distance, Blake's professionalism, knowledge, and prompt responses made the process seamless and enjoyable. His personal touches, including a special treat, added to the memorable experience. Blake's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Blake for anyone considering purchasing a motorcycle remotely. Thanks, Blake, for a fantastic buying experience!

Stellar service from HD of SLC. Much better service than I experienced from South Valley HD when I purchased my first bike a few years ago.Huge shout out to Lloyd in service for getting my Baja Orange Street Bob 114 back on the road in such a timely manner. Words can't describe how appreciative I am for all of his help and excellent communication though the process.Bernie and Blake are great as well getting me through the financing process and on the road in what felt like less than an hour.

Went in to buy a saddlebag drink holder. They had it in stock. Guy helping me was super nice. The ladies at the front helped me with my $3 chip like it was a $500 T-shirt!

We were in the middle of a long distance ride. Our lifters started making noice on a Friday afternoon, I called and spoke to Corey in service. He assured me he would get us back on the road. We were towed to the dealership from Nevada. It was near closing. By 2pm Saturday, our bike was fixed. We picked it up and got back to the hotel we’re we noticed the front tire was severely cut. This happened while it was towed. I called Corey and one hour before closing on Saturday, he had us come back and put a new front tire on. They we closed Sunday and Monday, we were so excited the Corey and the technician got us back on the road. I would give ten stars if I could.Thank you for all you did for us.

I scheduled a simple maintenance appointment for a Diag test on my bike. The earliest appointment was two weeks out from the time I scheduled. I brought my bike in on the day scheduled for the Diag test and they lost my appointment, created a new one for the following day and said they'd call me back the next day with an update. 3 days later they hadn't reached out to me. I have no idea what they're messing with on my bike. So, I called in for an update. No update but I reported the issue to management. I was told management would call me back the next day. It's been a week. God knows they've been doing. I've been busy with work (72 hrs/wk) and haven't been able to get in there and take care of this issue myself. Just dishonest business and absolutely poor customer service. Better off goin anywhere else but here.Update: Just called in again to get an update, after explaining the issue again, I was put on hold for 30 minutes, no one ever answered the phone after that.

Horrible service and frankly a feeling of being tricked. Every time I go in for parts it’s like they scurry away to avoid helping. There have been a number of times over the last few years that in dealing with parts people I straight up get rude comments and in general leaving feeling terrible from attitudes. Now for the real issue. I needed a stock replacement part, nothing special just plug and play. They didn’t have one but could order it in. Ok that’s normal I have to do that every time for parts. I eventually didn’t need the part so I wanted to return it, something I’d done before with no issue. I hadn’t even taken possession of the part it was still at the store. This is when I was informed they wouldn’t take it back as this was considered a “special order”. What made this special vs all the others is beyond me. When I asked why I wasn’t told that when ordering I was told it’s on receipts and a sign at the desk. Who reads the fine prints on receipts and I never saw a sign. Had I known I wouldn’t have ordered it until I for sure needed it. When I asked if I could maybe just talk to the parts manager, I was told he wasn’t in. When I asked could I get the contact or just to know when I was in, my guy just left and disappeared for 20 min before I finally left but left a note with my contact on his desk. I came in a few days later and parts manager was there. He was actually there the previous time I was in, I saw him, my guy just lied to me. Same story I was told no even though I never was made aware, the sign wasn’t visible or again I didn’t see it, and no one could tell me why this was a special order. Now I’m stuck with this part I don’t need. When I asked to speak with the GM to just let him know my experience, I was told he wasn’t in. I called and left a VM and still have no reply. I wanted to speak with GM and keep this from being public, but it’s clear this location doesn’t care. Officially never ordering a part from Harley again.

Had phenomenal experience with Lloyd and the team at Harley Davidson of Salt Lake. On a cross-country tour and after a long string of sub par/indifferent service at dealerships across the country this dealership has restored my faith in Harley service. Straight talk, no excuses, no hassles, quality work, and great service (service/parts and retail). Thanks!

Stopped here on a cross country trip. Friendly staff. Large selection of clothes and gear and accessories. Plenty of bikes in the showroom. Only bad part is the parking could have been better but that's fine.

Update: See original post below. The dealership was great in response to my review. They came and picked up the bike, and changed the rotation of the tire. However there is still a wobble in the front end of the bike between 45-55 mph with no resolve. I am now going to need to take the bike somewhere else to see if they know what is causing the issue. Which means that I will have to pay another motorcycle shop to fix an issue with my bike that should have been identified by an actual Harley shop. It's hard for me to give a 1 star to anyone. My experience is probably not that uncommon. I called in for a tire/wheel swap and to change my break pads while they had it all apart. The quote I received was pretty descent. However, when I got the call to pick up my bike I was told I owed 300 more than originally quoted. After trailering the bike home, and all the winter snow melted, I went on a ride and noticed I had front wheel wobble. Low and behold the front tire was put on backwards. Not only did I get charged more than quoted but the job wasn't done correctly, which is going to cost me more money to trailer it back up there to get it fixed.
