Took my 2017 Mercedes GLE to Precision for new brakes after a google search as I refuse to take my car to the Mercedes dealership if I can help it. Love that the owner calls and tells you what's going on, and what the cost is going to be. Love mechanics who are up front and not trying to sell you more than you need. Ended up having the car towed here after the car broke down. Took some time to figure out the problem, which ended up having to do with the previous run in with a small slide into a snow bank.They'll be our go to from now on.

Probably not very often you give a good review for something that could not be fixed. I have a 'new"VW beetle that Volkswagen no longer makes electronics for. Precision did their best to resolve the issue. And although it couldn't be fixed they were great to work with and know what they're talking about.

Precision European Auto was referred to me because I have a diesel turbo VW that needed a new battery. I was stranded and couldn't be gone from a remodel job. They took me in immediately and I didn't wait more than 15min! Everyone from the office to the mechanic were friendly and so efficient trying to get me on my way. I can't say enough about this place. My wife and I took her BMW 3 Series here and unfortunately it needed an engine replacement. It was about 11K out the door but we found we needed new brakes and radiator as well. Probably the radiator caused this issue. Jack and his team were on it. We saved up and got the funds together and they got our car back within four days of being dropped off. They are amazing. Happy wife happy life and she sure is happy and so am I.

A great experience with my 2001 BMW 330 convertible for replacement of the wiper control arm and an oil service. Not an easy repair, with the steering wheel needing to come off. Great price and the most friendly interaction. A real gem for complicated repairs.

The owner and his team our outstanding! I had taken my car to the Jaguar dealership downtown two times asking if they could find a rattle. Nope….but in 5 minutes this place not only found and repaired it, but accelerated the care of two of my cars.
