Out of everything small, like connectors and adapters, filthy piles of mark down broken items layed out on the floor and thrown across tables and when you ask the curly haired apathetic teen running the front end for help, he just says, "we don't really keep back stock" didn't even call anyone to check or attempt to help. Absolute garbage store and terrible employees who must have terrible managers.

This location of Ace Hardware sets the standard for friendly staff, upfront pricing and name brand items to suite almost everyone. Great UPS and Amazon drop off and pick up location. Great small town store!

This particular time Ace had the best price on a Little Giant ladder and it was in stock when we needed it!

The manager Jandy is one of the most incompetent and rude people I've ever dealt with. I attempted to use an ace gift card with her and she could not figure out how to do it and then blamed me because she did not know how to run the balance of the cards towards my purchase amount. Then she attempted to gaslight me by telling me that she had communicated the steps to me, I'm not even the one that needs to know the steps! She does. When asked for the manager she threatened to have me removed from the premises this after she sat there and wasted 5 minutes of my time nearly refusing to help me.
I'll be making a formal complaint to corporate about her treatment of me.

Purchased some items I didn't like, so I tried to return them within the 30 day policy. The person at the counter said he can't take the items since I didn't purchase them at their store. I understand the stores are independently run, but this makes me not want to shop here. At least with Lowes and Home Depot, I can return items at any location.

Ace does really great deals for members (free, sign up/create account, get mailers and digital coupons). They also do really great black Friday week sales on name brand tools. The employees here are always really kind and helpful.

I went here to get a battery for my key fob. The bottom part of my key fob has been broken for a while so when they suggested a new key fob, I said let's go ahead and do that. They did the new fob and cut the key that goes with it. I went out, put the key in the ignition and it started. I got to work and went to take the key out and it would not come out. I took it back to the store and said I cannot get the key out, very worried as I would have to leave the key in the ignition. Jandy was so rude to me, the poorest customer service I have ever received. Charles the manager said he could not do anything until the next day. Jandy took down my info, but the next day I never received a call from Charles. My husband luckily was able to get the key out and we took it back for a refund. Poor customer service and not the way you retain customers.
