If anybody thinks this store is a scam or doesn’t care I can surely tell you that’s not true the manager absolutely worked day and night to help me he even did save me money. Kurtis and Julianna thank you for all you guys did.

I was very unhappy with the service I received at this location. I went in to file an insurance claim due to water damage on my phone. There were no other customers in the store so they definitely had time to help me out but the worker informed me that I would have to go home and file the claim online by my self because it’s through a 3rd party company. There was no offer to walk me through it or anything. I left. I went to the Payson location where they were busy with other customers and still took the time to walk me through the claim process. I was in and out of the Payson location within 10 minutes and a new phone on the way in the mail. I won’t be doing business with the Spanish Fork location.

We have a family plan with my Mother-In-Law, and Adult kids, spread out from west coast, Hawaii and Georgia. I know managing multiple lines and sorting out the different states and phone numbers was a hassle. I’ve been an At&T customer for 15+ years and you made me feel like this is still the place for the best service and best value for family’s. Working with the manager was a great experience, thank you Julianna! She was knowledgeable and most important with me, patient.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!
the people at this store are unbelievably rude and act like what you’re dealing with isn’t important!
i had a problem with getting service on a new phone so i brought it in to this store and the manager told me that it wasn’t possible to set this phone up and we would have to issue a refund and get a new phone. we did that and got this new phone set up. he told me he was taking the old phone back and was going to send it back for me so there was no stress for me!
when i was due to get my first bill in the mail i also got a bill for 1099.99 from a different account, i was very confused considering i didn’t have that phone anymore, i went back to the store with the bill i had received and he had then informed me that he never returned this other phone and said they never sent him a return label. we called the customer service and they sent me a return label and that same day i had the phone returned.
but i will receiving bills every month for this phone and every time i went back to the store he acted like he had no idea what to do.
i gave up going there and drove up to the lehi store and talked with the manager lance and sure enough within FIVE MINUTES he had everything figured out and told me that this SF manager had a return label the whole time and could have easily returned this phone he simply just didn’t and because of his laziness it almost costed me 1099.99 because on the computers it looked like i had stolen this phone!
i will never again go to the spanish fork store and will always from now on make the drive up the lehi and talked with lance.

I would give this store a 0 if I could. I upgraded my phone and added a line back in February. I was given "Free" airpods. After telling the employee I didn't need them and trying to refuse them he said, "are you sure, they are totally free and won't change your bill at all". So I took them. Well guess what, they aren't free. They were charging me $20 a month for them. I called ATT and they said I'd have to go into the store to have them fix it. So I go in and talk to the manager who basically refused to help me. He told me I wasn't being charged for them without even looking at my bill. He said I just didn't know how to read my bill. So I asked him to look at by bill for me and show me where I was getting the credit. He took my phone and tried to tell me the $13 credit I was getting for the phone I turned in was actually the credit for the airpods. I asked him then to show me where the credit for my phone was. And if that was the credit why it was only $13 instead of $20. He then started getting very dismissive with me and telling me there was nothing he would do for me since he wasn't the one that gave me the free airpods. Very smug, very unwilling to help. Just a complete jerk. I would be embarrassed to have him as an employee let alone a manager. Att used to be so good, I have 6 lines, our service is slowly getting worst on top of the rising prices. And after this experience we are ready to jump ship. If you do go to att DO NOT GO TO SPANISH FORK, they will lie to you and then be jerks about it.
