The last few months every experience at this store is horrible. The “managers” obviously dont train their employees nor do they care about customer service. If you don’t have the exact part number for what you are looking for they will not even help to find out what it is you need. The complete and utter lack of customer care is disgusting. Autozone used to be the best place to go and now it’s a disaster.

Christopher B was amazing! We weren’t sure which specification our car was for replacing our brake light so he took the time to double check to make sure the part would match by checking each specification individually. It was even a holiday which is never fun to work and he was so kind and helpful and made sure we had what we needed.

Came here because my check engine light was on. They scanned the codes and identified the problem. Then, instead of trying to sell me an expensive part they suggested a very low cost solution. Hint: clean the mass air flow sensor. It worked and the check engine light went off.

Logan was super helpful and helped us with a battery that was really difficult, but stuck through it till the end! Everyone was really nice and there just was good energy here. I can tell they really care about cars and doing a good job. I had to drive farther cause they were the only ones with the battery I needed and it was worth it because of how helpful they were.

They've always been very helpful. This trip I had them test my car battery and it was bad. That helped me replace it before it died completely and left us stranded.

Despite the chilling cold Aidan H. Stuck it out and put new windshield wipers on my Ford Falcon.
As a result I was able to get my friend to the airport on time.
His coworker (who’s name I have forgotten;) was also super cheerful and friendly. They made my time and experience at Autozone remarkably painless.

Me and my mom came here for some new windshield wipers, they helped us find the right kind for our car and then saw us putting them on after we got to the parking lot. It was raining and we were not doing it very good and one of the employees came and helped us put them on. They were very helpful and nice
