I can’t say enough good things about the customer service! Great people really. I’ve had great experiences with the machine shop in the past. So I thought I would try them out. Overall, they did an OK job. My complaints are just minor details. It sucks because they really did a good job. But every time I look at my truck, I see the little things they didn’t critique and that’s all I can see.? I’ll have pictures below. The tailgate doesn’t close like it used to. My tail light isn’t flush with my bed anymore. My bumper either isn’t level either.”

If I could give Judd’s Towing and specifically Dallon more than five stars, I would. I had a complex situation involving moving a vehicle out of a garage in Orem to be transported all the way to Florida, and Dallon turned a logistical nightmare into a masterclass in professional service.

The challenges started immediately: the car had a dead battery and a failed manual lock, meaning neither the fob nor the key would work. Dallon was incredibly patient, waiting for a locksmith to arrive, and then returning an hour later to jump the battery and safely get the car onto a flatbed to his lot in Spanish Fork.

What happened next is where Dallon truly went above and beyond:

Constant Communication: Even with a two-hour time zone difference, Dallon answered every single one of my calls—whether it was 7:00 a.m. his time or late into the evening. He was always polite, transparent, and helpful.

Vehicle Care: My transport company delayed the pickup for an entire week due to various excuses. Throughout that time, Dallon kept the car in a secure lot, started it regularly, and ensured the battery stayed charged so it would be ready to go the moment the shipper arrived.

Extreme Dedication: After multiple no-shows from the transport company, Dallon actually met the driver at 10:00 p.m. at night to personally help load the vehicle and ensure it was handled correctly for its trip to Florida.

They worked great with my insurance, keeping in touch with them as they discovered additional repairs were needed. They also kept me updated, first letting me know that additional repairs were needed, then that parts were taking a bit longer than expected, and finally that my car was finished 5 days earlier than estimated. They have a good relationship with the Enterprise car rental, so you can drop off a rental car with them for Enterprise to pick up later. Would definitely recommend this shop and team for repairs!”
