The lady that works there is very pleasant. She helps me every time I go in. She offers whatever promotions are going on that month, and offers to help in any way that she can. Bi lingual for those that need it. The only reason I can only give 4 stars instead of five is that I live outside of town, and reception is spotty. I have to rely on my internet server for contact on most days. I'm paying for a full month of service, but can only send or receive calls less than 1/3 of the time.

If there was a 0 rate I would put zero. Customer service is very bad both the 611 customer care and the store customer service. The customer care says to go store and the store employee says they can't do it the customer care can do it. I patiently did it two times the calling back and forth with customer care and store customer service. Both weren't apologetic after knowing that they both couldn't do it so I have to do another account with a new phone number, because of their new system. I have been with them for 8 years.

This store is completely pointless. I looked up the plans that I wanted to sign up for on Boost Mobile’s website. I figured making the transition from my previous provider would be easier in person. When I went into the store, the salesperson told me that they can’t offer the same plans in store that are offered on the website. What?!? Why do you even have a store. Total waste of time.

I'm a long time, very satisfied customer and have been with Maggie since she had her shop in Salem years ago. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and has always gone way out of her way to educate me on the technical aspects of network and phone connectivity. She has gone the extra mile in assisting me connect outside phones to my plan several times and has always worked for me as a customer rather than pushing corporate sales options. I've watched her handle several clients at once in the quickest, most efficient way possible for the best outcomes almost everytime I'm in the store . As long as she's in business - I'll be a return customer.

Boost price for service has been great and service is decent I believe. Same as Tmobile.I buy my actual phones on Ebay and they girls in the store are great to help us keep things working.Thanks Maggie?

We are returning customers to boost. The first time we signed up, Maggie was exceptional and helped us so much. She always answers our questions, is kind and patient, and takes cares of us. We returned last week and I wanted to go to this boost mobile in particular because of Maggie. Again, she took care of us. She got u signed up and worked on our phones for half a day. She is very patient, kind and knows her stuff.I had some trouble with my phone, and I wouldn’t take a trip back until I knew Maggie was working that day. Thank you Maggie! I also like the price and liked our previous service. The most straight forward cell company and my bill is consistent.

I have experienced the finest customer service from Maggi, the store manager for the Boost Mobile store in Spanish Fork, that I have ever received from anyone at any establishment.We stay with Boost because of her and we'll be with them as long as she is with Boost.

Very rude, they only want to take your money by saying that your phone won’t work after the update, also wanted to charge $10 for something it is free. Ended up going to Provo where I had not issues and they provided the service they are supposed for free.

Customer service by Maggie, the manager, is absolutely horrendous. On April 7th, my dad and I spent the entire DAY at this Boost location trying to simply add my dad onto my family plan. She had issue after issue and wasn't able to add him. In addition, she had a total of two phone options available at the store. TWO. Having to spend an entire day at this Boost store with my elderly dad was incredibly frustrating and so un-needed. Had the manager known what she was doing, it would have been an easy, quick experience. She then told us she couldn't add him to our plan and that we would need to put him on his own plan for one week, and then add him onto my family plan. We reluctantly said okay just so we could get out of there. 20 days go by and we keep calling her and leaving messages and she never returns our call. I finally get a hold of her today and she tells me she never promised she could add him and that she has been trying with customer service and hasn't been able to do it. I then called customer service myself and had my dad added onto my family plan within 10 minutes. The agent told me that it is always easy to simply add another customer onto your family plan and that he didn't understand why she was having issues doing so. I called the manager back and let her know that. She laughed and said, "I get that's what you want to hear but that's not how it is." Huh?? Extremely poor customer service by Maggie. She talks down to you, is very rude, and should not be running this store. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go into this store. It has been a total nightmare!

I just spoke to corporate office and Told them you guys write down every customers Pin numbers on a notebook and they said there is no reason why you should be doing that. I have had my account on boost mobile hacked by someone changing my birth date and address.. my dad had his hacked by someone actually purchasing a 800 dollar phone on his account.. change your ways people I hope you guys get caught soon and fire all those theives.
