They say when you walk in the door that their jeans and outwear are on a Christmas sale the signs say they are but when you check out they don't honor the discount. When questioned about it they started back peddling and said they could take the items back but they wouldn't honor the discount. Will not be back if that is how they do business. Very much a switch and bait approach.

Ordered some boots online from their store. Got’em but had to return them. Had they carried the boots in store, I would have noticed the issue right away. So I wasted a week waiting on them & my money was tied up for at least a week and a half. Otherwise, nice store and no complaints about staff.

Worst experience ever. I called to put a pair of boots on hold during their Black Friday sale. As I arrived 45 minutes before closing the doors were locked and they turned me away. Feeling sad I decided to come back the next day. I called again, asked about hours, and reserved the boots again. I came back before closing and they had closed the doors and registers again. There was a sign posted that said they should still be open. After waiting outside for a few minutes they let me and not even 1 of the people I came with, into the store. I tried on the pair of boots and just felt too sad, with employees annoyed and waiting on me, I left. Worst experience ever

Hate to be that guy but we reserved some boots on Black Friday. We called and they said they closed at 10pm. Got here at 9:15 and they wouldn’t let us in. They said come back tomorrow we close at 9.
We called again today to make sure they were open till 9pm they said yes. We live 45 min away but came back anyways. At 8:30pm the door was locked they said they were closed.
The hours on the door said they closed at 9pm. The website said 9pm. We called they said 9pm.
Customer service was horrible. Almost made my friend cry when they turned us away. Other customers came and they got turned away too. Probably worst experience ever, recommend anywhere else.

They have the biggest selection of boots men and women's I've seen besides having to go online. They also have some western and work wear type clothing. Their stuff is durable and only sell high quality so it is a bit pricey. Not somewhere I would buy all my clothes at. But was a perfect place to get an outfit for a country concert!!

Staff was very helpful in many ways bot Lindsay and Kami were amazing helping find the right boots and the right boot treatment products. They tool the time to show us and explain the process of taking care of our new boots. Really look forward to returning for my future purchases, and I appreciate how kind they were and the fact that they went above and beyond to help us out.
