Terrible customer service. I Was just there today, 2 employees were roaming the store and working. The rest of them were all standing by the cash register talking the entire time. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me but when I said I didn’t need to check out yet, they went back to talking instead of seeing if I needed help. This is the first Buckle I have been to where I even had to ask for help.

The guy who has helped me the last few times is amazing awesome service great clothes they are more expensive than other stores but the quality matches the price spent a couple grand at buckles this one it by far my favorite

Love this place. Great staff. I always spend more than I want, but that's because they have such a great variety! The clothes hold up well. You get what you pay for.
