The experience was as I hoped and expected. Move in and move out we’re both super easy to arrange and do within a day. When I had trouble working my lock someone came to help me. And all my stuff was safe and dry. Can’t complain !

JJ - from Fiji - was incredibly helpful and friendly, he made sure to answer all my questions and made sure I knew where the unit was and that it was clean and ready for use.

Used their indoor temperature controlled storage for a bunch of stuff while we moved houses. Process was really easy and we were very happy with the experience from the beginning to end. Would use again.

My comments are similar to other recent 1-star reviews. This was a good place before Extra Space took over. Prices are up (significantly) and service is down (to non-existent). I rented my first unit in 2021 and I plan to re-locate as soon as possible. I've had nothing but problems since the ownership change (compared to my prior experience with staff who were great). My recommendation for others would be to avoid Extra Space Storage. Hopefully you can find other options.
