My husband and I were headed out of town when we realized our headlight was out. We went and picked up the bulb, but we needed someone to help with changing it out. I called to see if this was something Castro could do and they told me to bring it in and they would give me an estimate on how long it would take. Stressed and on a timeline, I was worried we would be there for awhile, given that we were bringing our car in with no notice. The techs were so helpful and got us in and out in 30 minutes. Such a lifesaver! Now we’re on the road without any worries of getting a ticket or having to drive at night with limited lighting. So grateful for the wonderful and quick service.

Usually a good place. I arrived first one in the morning and they took 2 hours to get me out. While waiting noticed they got 4 other vehicles done before mine. All I got is a transmission fluid and oil change. Just don’t understand what happened. Very disappointed and the answer I got is the manager isn’t there and he knows everything so the fact that the manager isn’t there means they can’t function

Put a cheap Chinese oil filter on my bmw, I requested a refund he requested pictures for proof. Had bmw mechanic send over pics and he still refused the refund. Terrible way to run business. Who puts Chinese parts on a German car.
