Great store! My friend who cuts my hair is a licensed cosmetologist. She sent me there to pickup Teatree shampoo for her. I was on my way to get to a hair cut from her. She told me to use her phone number to buy the shampoo. They were a little eritated about that and said she would need to call ahead next time. I can understand that! I very seldom pick things for her.

Store is always clean, only 4 stars because within the last year they rarely have what we need to buy for supplies and we end up having to go to Amazon to get what we need. Wish things were stocked better. Employees are always willing to help so I appreciate that.

I've been a regular customer for a while but I'm never buying hair tools there again. I bought a blow dryer and as soon as I took it out of the box I realized how heavy it was. There was no way I could work with that so put it right back in the box exactly the way it came in and tried to take back to the store the very next day to exchange for a different kind. Turns out even if the product has never been used, bought the day before, box intact... They won't take it back if you have simply opened the box. What kind of policy is that?
