Had a bearing in my clutch assembly go bad so I brought my car here. I was hoping to get it fixed quickly and they were pretty booked but they worked with me and were able to squeeze me in over the weekend and got it done so fast! The clutch works great now and is smooth and quiet! They were also affordable and very clear and open about what all they were doing. Very great experience with Dean's Quality Transmission.

Awesome customer service!
Transmission started slipping while I was on highway 6. Made it down the mountain, worried I wouldn’t make it home, and needed to find a shop. Dean’s was just about to close but they fit me in, got my car in the lift, answered all my questions, and had me back on the road right away!

I normally use another transmission shop in Provo, but this one was recommended to me by Bodie's Auto in Springville, who I trust implicitly. Bodie was right, Dean's is fast, honest and inexpensive. They found my problem quickly, and repaired it faster than I expected for less money. They did not try to upsell me, but I took the transmission flush anyway. 5 STARS and I've just switched my allegiance from Provo to Spanish Fork.

I called and they originally said they wouldn’t be able to get me in for 3 weeks but after explaining we were getting ready to move out of state and I really needed my car fixed they were able to squeeze me in. They were very honest, up front, and reasonably priced. They are super nice to work with and know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of transmission work.

Dean’s Transmissions replied to what I said by acting like I’m “not in their system”. I see alot of reviews where the owner replies with that. And then they will say, “ our company strives and is bathed in honesty, we are just the most honest business you will ever go to”.
Why would I, or any other person just go and write a review for no reason??

These folks are not honest. I recently found out that I paid these guys for what I later realized was actually a recall on my specific vehicle. I don’t know much about vehicles, but you know who does know about vehicles and a possible transmission light recall? Mechanics. Transmission mechanics. I paid these guys $600 for something they could have been honest about and told me to check for a free recall from my auto maker. It really is true, you can’t trust a mechanic.
Take it from me, before you go here, check to see if you have a recall on your vehicle. It’s free.

Tyson scheduled a time to have me drop off my Jeep. I had it there when he requested and he completed the clutch work quickly. He kept me appraised of the costs as he diagnosed the problem and he and his team completed the work on time and within the estimated amount. Cost for parts/service were very reasonable. This quality of service is impressive! I'd gladly bring my next problem to them for repair. Thank you Tyson and team!

After over a month of frustration with my wife's truck I placed it into Dean's hands to fix took some trial and error but they fixed it and got it running right wife was so happy.
After what I went through with this truck and getting it going again I definitely feel confident in recommending this business 10000 % they were very helpful and polite kept me informed as they went through the steps to diagnose the issue and the repairs they were doing.

Finding the right group of people to work on your car/truck can seriously keep a person up at night. But this team is NOT one of them. Tyson and his crew have treated me right every time I have needed their help. I can’t say enough good things about, Tyson his wife, and the crew that work alongside them.

I brought my truck in for a diagnosis because of a strange shift pattern in my truck, and I left it with them overnight and they called me because they couldn’t replicate the problem. So I explained how the hard shift happened between 2nd and 3rd and they said that they would call me back and I didn’t hear from them so I went into their location to find out what the verdict was and the lady said she didn’t know and then she called the owner and he said hold on let me find out and then he called back and said oh yeah, it needs a 6000.00 transmission! I didn’t feel right about that so I took it to another place and it ended up being a shift solenoid for 1800.00. I guess they gotta pay for that new location

This is the best shop out there. super good people running it. very friendly and helpful. super honest and does great work and turnaround time is amazing as well. i highly recommend these great people to anyone who is having any transmission needs.

I was driving from Canada to California December 26 and made it as far as Spanish Fork before getting a room for the night. The next day I headed out again and about 30 miles to Nephi, my transmission on my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country went into safe mode. Unsure what to do, we decided to go back to Spanish Fork to the nearest Chrysler dealership. They had a two week lineup for transmission repairs however they recommended I see Tyson at Dean's Quality Transmissions only a few blocks away. I went there and Tyson knew I was travelling and I was stuck so he did take my vehicle into his shop and did a diagnostic and found a couple of sensors were faulty. He confirmed he had in stock the sensors I needed and if need be, he would rob parts from another transmission to get me back on the road. He promised to be done by 5 pm and it was . I'm very impressed by what Tyson was able to do for me and I'm very grateful. I would highly recommend Tyson and Dean's Quality Transmission for telling me what they could do and at the price they quoted and then they delivered.
