Nice people providing service to the needy. Food processed here goes to bishops storehouse all over the country and beyond. If you are going to serve for the first time, dress warmly. You will be standing in a refrigerator doing less than strenuous work for 3 hours. Multiple layers would be appreciated. The machinery in some of the rooms is noisier than ideal, so ear plugs, while not required, would not hurt. Sturdy shoes with good grippy soles would be a good idea since you will be walking and standing on a cement floor that can be wet in spots.
