I had quite a bit of repairs that my 06 Sienna needed. There was great communication throughout the entire process and I was provided great information on which repairs were most needed. My vehicle was returned to me working great. If you are needing a good, honest repair shop, I highly recommend giving them a shot.

I have had interactions with a few team members from Dickerson Automotive. All were so positive, informative, and knowledgeable.
Jordan has been my go to for my service provider because of his attention to detail and his transparency.
I recently took a vehicle in for a check engine light. Jordan quickly got it to a technician for inspection. A few hours later I got two separate notices about my vehicles status.
I was able to talk to Jordan about the issues, he walked me through the correct way to fix it, and discussed some alternatives that would not be viable fixes.
I highly recommend the team at Dickerson Automotive!

Customer service deserves 1,000 stars! I have mostly worked with Craig and he has been top-notch! All the other team members and such truly want to provide the best experience. Everyone listens and communicates clearly without that, what can be common, pushy or aggressive, Auto Mechanic wanting to get more work. I have a lot of repairs to do and There great to give me diagnosis with estimates that fit my budget and timeframe. I have found my new long-term mechanic. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Also, the owner Todd Dickerson has an amazing mindset and is running the company with integrity. Love this place!

I am so glad to have found Dickerson Automotive to be exactly as everyone said they were! Honest. Transparent. Very caring. Great communicators. And fair! We moved here last year from Denver after 50 years of owning a great auto repair shop. I knew what I was looking for in customer service and quality work. I am happy to report I found it at Dickerson! Everyone I talked to are great people! I have already recommended them to a friend. And many more referrals to come. I took my 2019 Audi RS3 into Dickerson after the water pump went out, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Anyone who knows these cars knows that kind of repair isn’t simple—it usually takes a lot of time and expertise. But they had it diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road all in the same day.
The communication was great, the work was professional, and the car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s hard to find a shop that you can truly trust with a performance vehicle like this, but Dickerson absolutely delivered. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest, efficient, and high-quality service.
