  Andrew was so very helpful kind and made sure to take care of the problem i had on my parents motor home that 2 other places would not try to even pump up the dulies. Andrew pumped up the outer tires that the stems were out in wrong from another tire place. The inner tire had 4 lbs and Andrew was able to find the valve stem and put 76lbs of air. The 2 other places wouldn't even try they said we don't have the tool and they also didn't want to jack it up. Andrew was able to do it without a tool or having to jack it up. I want to give Andrew a 10+ he put out safety over the others bein lazy and he wanted to help and to fix our problem because he knew he could. My heart goes out to him for being a super fantastic person and for caring and taken care of or problem. ANDREW YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND DEVOTION!!!!!! there needs to be more people like you!!!! Thank you once again and caring about our safety!!!! YOUR TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!

  Discount Tire has always taken good care of our family. We've purchased all of our tires there for over a decade. They have taken care of tire rotations and balancing, TPMS replacements, flat repairs, etc.

  3 weeks ago I was driving to Richfield, cruising in the HOV lane on I-15 near Spanish Fork, when I drove over something very loud that ended up stuck in my tire.
  
  I pull off on the nearest exit as my tire pressure indicator comes on. Nearest tire place is Discount Tire. Hopefully they can just patch it up real quick and send me on way. Wrong. It’s Friday around 4 PM. It’s absolutely slammed.
  
  There’s no where to park. I park illegally and run inside just to stand in a long, grueling line that’s not moving at all.
  
  After a few minutes, an employee, a young man, runs into ask who drives the white Honda that’s parked illegally. It’s me. He asks why I parked there. I explain. He takes my keys and moves it. He tells me it’ll probably be awhile until they can fix my tire since they’re so slammed.
  
  I finally get to the front of the line and am helped by another employee, who tells me it’ll take at least 1.5 hours to get to my car. I plead with him a little bit, explaining how I’m on a trip and trying to get to Richfield but a certain time. Whatever. They have me by the balls and they know it.
  
  I go and plop down in the waiting area and anticipate being there for quite awhile.
  
  However, not even 20 min later, the young man that initially helped me, his name is Ammon, by the way, comes up to me, hands me my keys, says I’m good to go, and apologizes for our earlier interaction (which I didn’t really think much of to begin with, but the apology is much appreciated).
  
  So, Ammon, thank you very much for hooking me up. I really appreciate that.
  
  Bottom line here—and this can be applied to almost anything in life, namely relationships: if you force someone to lower their expectations of you, they’ll always be pleasantly surprised when you end up coming through and shattering those low expectations. That’s exactly the strategy Discount Tire used on me that fateful day, and damn if it didn’t work like a charm.
  
  Thank god I don’t live in Spanish Fork, or anywhere in Utah County, for that matter, but I may very well go out of my way to return to this location if need be.

  Incredibly slow. I booked a tire rotation online for 12:30. This service took over 1.5 hours to complete. While I waited in the lobby, they assisted multiple people that were walk-ins. Once I shared my frustration, they made it seem like I was next in line. For the respect of your customers time, if it’s going to take 1.5 hours to get the car I please let us know. Very frustrating and it should not take this long for a simple tire rotation.
