“They fixed headphones nobody else could, and then when I needed some touch-ups they did that for free, so they stand behind their work, which I appreciate. Not the best on communication but they got the job done when nobody else could!”
“I can't speak for everyone's experience with these guys but mine in the end was fantastic!! I sent my Bose Quiet Comfort 35ll headphones in for repair because the right speaker/driver had gone out. The turn around time was so fast, less than a week, and I live in San Diego. We'll, when I got them back I realized the microphone wasn't working now ,so they had me send them back. In the end they actually went above and beyond and threw in some perks.When I received them they looked and sounded like they just came out of the box. Mind you these are four years old and I use them for work everyday, up to five hours. These gentlemen will do whatever they can to make sure your headphones work great! I would definitely recommend these guys.”
