Well I rate these guys so low because I went into there business and talked to a lady she was all about doing my hair and talked to me about it and I spent a good hour in there, all for a waste of time she took for weeks to get back to me then finally did and just made me a appointment without confirming it with me! Then she stops talking to me! Unprofessional
