DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION
I had my oil changed a month ago and right after my car started leaking oil all over my brand new drive way. After looking into it they didn’t tighten the oil plug!! You are probably thinking “oh they were probably just busy and missed it” No! I was the only customer there!! I’m glad I caught the issues or it could have completely ruined the engine.

Worst customer service I have experienced at an oil change! . Fear tactics and upselling were pushed on us after refusing to buy a synthetic oil change with an oil flush on our 2016 kia soul, they refused to change our oil. Never again Jiffy Lube. The only thing you do in a jiffy is take $100.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to opening in an attempt to beat the morning rush. I needed to get my emissions checked. Unfortunately, they didn’t have someone on staff who could perform emissions testing. Don’t advertise a service if you can’t provide it if one of your employees happens to be out. Really disappointed. It’s worth calling out the staff was very polite.

Don't send your wives of kids here thinking they will take care of them or act in their best interest. They won't. Multiple occasions. Same manager both times. Corporate should take a look at the ethics of leadership here.

We got a flat tire driving into town and we didn't have a jack. We caught them as they were closing and asked to borrow a jack. They actually changed our tire for us free of charge. Thank you so much!!!

DO NOT GO HERE HERE FOR OIL CHANGE!!! I would NOT recommend this place, my vehicle ended up with check engine light after my vehicle had an oil changed after getting to Price. I still have not received an oil change refund, I keep calling them. They did pay for damages done to my vehicle at the dealership, THEY OVERFILLED MY OIL, BENT THE OIL STICK & GOT OIL ALL OVER MY ENGINE! (PROOF PICTURES FROM MY DEALERSHIP) I keep calling customer service line, I have not received a refund of my so called oil change. NOT IMPRESSED ON THE RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER!

Service is ok. Not my first choice but on the way while traveling on a long trip and a low oil light came on. Didn't want to risk it.

These guys have stepped up their game here. Compared to my last visit from a couple months ago they’ve gotten way better at their customer service. Very nice and Informative, didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me they were trying to help. I feel like they’re maybe under new management or something. Appreciate yall.

Nate, the manager, was awesome.Super friendly and did my emissions testing and registration AND helped out with replacing my lowlight bulbs on my car.It was super fast and he was really friendly.I’m glad he was in today and that I got to work with him. Thanks Nate! You deserve a raise!

Went there because my coolant blew and my car was not able to be driven. There was a lot of complications trying to order the part my car required and the staff was extremely kind throughout the whole process. Kyle in specific was always able to answer my questions and was very forward about what was happening. He ended up not even charging me because of all the complications that happened!! I am so grateful to him and the staff and would recommend them to anyone!!!

Best Jiffy lube I've been to in a long time! Quick and knowledgeable customer service. Got me in and out quickly. Answered all questions and got quotes on future repairs/tires. Definitely recommend! Will be going back again.
