To begin with, the original estimate did not include all of the necessary repairs. The manager explicitly stated that items were left off because he “didn’t think the insurance would approve that work.” Additionally, the manager was caught in numerous inconsistencies regarding the status of our vehicle, what repairs had been completed, and what work was supposedly in progress. Our concerns were repeatedly disregarded throughout the process.
It took over 14 weeks to get our vehicle back, and even then, the repairs were not done correctly. We were later quoted an additional $3,700 to redo the work that this shop had already performed. Based on this experience, I would never take a vehicle back to this shop. They were dishonest, misleading, and delivered work that was well below an acceptable standard.

These guys have been the best!
I use this shop for everything. Bumper clips reattached, window sticking. Just love the no bs from them. Thank you Aaron, Josh and Alyssa.

We went to Cascade collision for aluminum body work and paint repair on our Audi S5. The results were impressive! The panels were back to factory fit and finish. We couldn't find a blemish. Since then, we have returned to Cascade with other non-bodywork repairs. They are always flexible, quick, and cost-effective! We work with Josh at the Spanish Fork center. He is always friendly, and very attentive to our needs and circumstances.

They keep you posted on the progress of the repair through frequent emails. This way you know when your car will be done. They handled all the insurance. I made one initial phone call and they did the rest. Good people to work with. Car looks great!
