Went in to the Spanish fork utah store, was needing help finding a tool, the gentleman in the tool area was very rude, acted like it was a big inconvenience for him to answer my question, kept his back turned to me wouldn't even look at me, very unprofessional..so I went to home depot...much better experience...I'll be going there from now on.
Didn't catch the man's name as he wouldn't even turn around....but he was bald

Not usually one to leave a negative review as I have worked customer service before and I know how it gets. But I am a frequent Lowe’s shopper (weekly) and I had a terrible experience with two different “managers” two consecutive days in a row. I will happily be driving to Orem from now on. They were extremely rude and belittling, interrupted me or cut me off multiple times , and had zero patience.

It was the first time I was in this particular store and I found it not to be as clean as other Lowe's locations. We found what we were looking for eventually. It was hard to find assistance. When we did he was too busy to really help.

12/10/25 Lowe’s yet again cannot meet their delivery schedule THEY set! I called the bull crap number they responded to me with and they have no clue when the freezer will arrive and will do NOTHING to make it right! Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot.
They don’t stock good appliances so you are forced to order online, and then they can’t get your order in on the promised delivery date. When you call in they basically have a “sorry not sorry” attitude and tell you to just deal with it.

I waited in line for hours on Black Friday and even though I didn’t win big, I was so impressed by the employees. Especially the store manager!! He was friendly, kind, cheerful and handled the crazy crowd with ease. Seems like a great leader.

I had a huge concrete pickup and Tony and Von loaded it for me really quick! Both were also thoroughly checking the bags to make sure they weren’t punctured. I really appreciate how awesome and helpful both of them were!

This is a very good hardware store. It has just about everything you need for any construction or home improvement project. Some of the staff are fantastic and great to work with, others struggle a little bit with their positions.
