Short version. Ended up calling 4 different locations that said they had a certain product. They didn't. Finally the 4th really had it in stock. Thank goodness for cell phones

Keep on driving up to Provo. The extra minutes to Home Depot is worth it if you have to deal with ace holes like Camden. It’s no wonder why Home Depot‘s profits soar higher than Lowe’s. Absolute garbage customer service. Absolute garbage return policies. I buy a lot of home improvement goods and I have not once had an issue returning something to Home Depot but I seem to always have issues with returns at Lowe’s. Camden is quick to argue with customers and that put me over the edge and I will never come back. Her employment should be reconsidered if she’s going to keep losing customers.

I walked into Lowe's three times and I couldn't get any help to find something. I walked by 4 associates and not one asked if I needed any help. Then one lady asked me if I needed help finally after 30 minutes being in the store. I always heard about Lowe's has good options but the worst customer service and yes they are right.

My experience is always pretty good here. Today we waited a long time for somebody to cut some wood. But it's a free service so one can hardly complain about that. Otherwise I enjoy coming to the store, wandering around and looking at everything. My wife likes to look at the plants and all that stuff, she could get lost over there for hours. They have all kinds of amazing sales on their plants all the time too. Tools though are pricey, but they're all brand name lifetime warranty stuff too.

Not great customer service with management. Took the time and effort to make a custom order of the blinds and they got 1 cut wrong. Now they say it our fault and refuse to help us get the issue resolved. Wont even return a phone call. Highly disappointed and they have lost our business moving forward. Will write an update if they right the situation but until then 1 star and recommend everyone go elsewhere for their needs because these people aren’t worried about customer satisfaction. I can get better customer service at Walmart or Costco.

The cashier Jaye is very rude. I will not be accepting her help again. She was not happy about matching the price on the Lowes store site either. She asked me to leave the store!!- because I was talking to my dad on my phone & telling him, not her,,, how self-checkout was so difficult, even at Walmart,, getting his stuff was ridiculous, he's really sick, so I wasn't going to have him come to the store. She's not a nice person! Not understanding at all. It's not what she was telling me really, it's the way and the tone of voice. It's how she was telling me. A star for the kind employee in the tools dept.

Excellent experience at Home Depot today. We went to buy a new front door and hoped we would be able to ask a few questions in the door department. The man that assisted us was great! And went above and beyond to help us.

Price gouging. The nearest home Depot is about 8 mi away and as a result this Lowe's has a monopoly on Spanish fork and the surrounding areas. I just spent $80 more on $100 worth of items then I would have if I had bought the exact same things at home Depot.I understand that they have every right to "adjust" their prices however they like but you can't expect people to want to come back when your prices are jacked and your cashiers and staff are unhelpful and underpaid.

I’ve always had great experiences with Lowe’s in Spanish fork. Every time I go in and can’t find what I’m looking for I ask for help/assistance and the employees in the past that have helped me, have been so kind and have never made me feel dumb. I always get the “well let’s see what we can do” and they start helping me find the item that I’m looking for. In the past there’s been a few times where they don’t have what Im looking for which happens , I get it, no biggie! But they end up giving me recommendations on what I can do and that’s something! Today I experienced the WORST customer service ever. On my way to the store I was on the website looking for a 21 inch drawer slide and they had a BUNCH of options ! I felt confident going in there looking for my 21 inch drawer but unfortunately I did not come across one. I thought to ask for help like any person would ! Maybe it was me not looking in the right places ( I don’t know anything about drawer sliders? ). I finally built the courage to ask for help after a few minutes of feeling confused and hopeless. The first employee I saw was old man Leonard. I went up to him and said I was hoping to get some assistance and showed him my drawer slide that was broken and let him know that I could only see a 20 inch and a 22 inch and that I was looking for a 21 inch. With attitude his response was “ well what’s the question?” I was shook.? so I said well I was wondering if I’m missing something myself. He then goes with attitude still “ well if we only have a 20 or a 22 then doesn’t that answer your question?.” Listen…it takes a lot for me to ask people for help for the same reason Leonard treated me. He made me feel dumb. I walked out of the store. Leonard, if you’re married or have kids or grandkids I hope no one ever makes them feel the way you made me feel today. And if you made it this long reading this, do yourself a favor and just drive the extra 10,15 minutes and go to Home Depot!! This guy was a joke! And I made the biggest mistake by making eye contact with him and simply asking for help. I’m a manager for an HVAC, plumbing and electrical call center and people call in needing us for help, I care about my customers who call in and Lowe’s if you care about yours do something with your employees attitude.

Wish I could give negative stars to Spanish Fork Lowes. Bought a $24 lawn chair, had it for 10 days, family member sat in it and the whole back of the chair snapped! He could have been hurt. Took the chair back to the store and the older lady at customer service commented on how bad it was, took our receipt and disappeared into a back room, came back and told us there is a WEIGHT LIMIT on the chair. She then had the balls to ask how much the family member weighed!! Are you kidding me?!?! That's what she is concerned about? I couldn't believe it. We told her he was well below the weight limit. She said that the chairs were now on sale and we would be money ahead if we just swapped out the chair. Otherwise we would only get back $17 because of the new price. I said that doesn't seem right? We have our receipt, it wasn't even a month since we bought the chair and she said that was the Lowes return policy. I didn't see that posted anywhere on the return policy that is giant on the wall. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager. She disappeared and came back and scanned the receipt and WOW guess what....we did get all of our money back. She was full of crap on the return policy. I understand if we don't have our receipt or it's been months, then yes, give us the lower price, but we did have a receipt and it had only been 3 weeks. I was actually planning on buying 4 more chairs last night, but now I will never return to Lowes after the way we were questioned and treated. Awful experience. We will be shopping at The Home Depot or ACE or anywhere else from now on.

Lowe's in Spanish Fork is the easiest store I have ever worked with. Riley and Nash were so great with customer service. They went over and above in making sure the fridge I got was the right one. It's nice to be treated so well.

I had two orders of the same items one Pick up at store one delivery to the office the pick up to the office date was changed without any notification from Friday the 11th to still not here yet in the meantime I had 3k of plants sitting in a hot metal trailer waiting to be driven 3 more hours to Moab. I called the pro service desk and was helped by the most customer service oriented employee I have ever encountered at any Lowes he assured me that as soon as the store pick up arrived he would grab it process t and let me take it. within 15min of the truck arriving at your spanish fork store that is exactly what he done. Kayden fixed a huge potentially expensive problem as easy as was possible to do. He helped me get all the stuff loaded and could not have done more... was it not for Kayden literally getting hands on with the issue my plants would still be wilting in the hot trailer...

Clean store and helpful staff. Doesn’t have what we needed today which was the Smart side wood textured siding and Lowe’s is no longer going to have it available here.Sad, guess we’ll have to go elsewhere to finish our projects.
