Went in for the first time recently. Its your average maceys but feels bigger than your usual. It looks clean and well maintained. I do with the prices were more affordable on certain products. I just got some mason jars for some canning but they were way more than walmart. $17 vs $12.

Stores great, pharmacy is not. The pharmacist Rodney is extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your time and go somewhere else, truly.

This pharmacy has gone above and beyond for both my wife and child on more than one occasion. Usually minutes from closing and they’ve made antibiotics for us.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. My first time there the staff was rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist made an unprofessional comment right in front of me that was the last straw and I walked out without getting the prescription I needed. Very poor customer service.

Worst pharmacy in Utah.
It took 45 minutes to get my refills way after the doctor sent them. Personnel didn't ask for my insurance card.
After I got home I called and this crazy lady raised her voice to me after I tried to explain to her if I got my insurance proper deductions on my visit because there was a prescription I didn't take home since it was more than $500.
All I got was a confusing "I'm going to send you a bill in a very high tone".
Then after I explained again and again about the purpose of my call she put me on hold and someone else tried to help me. I wanted to talk to the manager at that point and she said the manager was on vacation. What a bunch of sad people working at that pharmacy. By the way they answered my call at the 7th try on a time frame of 5 hrs.
I'm not going back there. I hate te be yelled at for nothing. So many better options around.

Went to get strep tested for myself and kids was told for 3 tests it would be an hour and a half. What kind of strep test takes that long? Might as well not even offer that service.

I went to pick up a prescription. I had to call multiple times to get an answer. When I was finally told it was in, I went in. The lady helping me was not very kind when she misheard me and told me I had to be giving her the wrong birthdate, rather than just fixing it the blame was put on me. A car was sitting at the drive up and employee stated they would get the drive up in a minute while another employee said “let them be”. I don’t know why consumers were being ignored. Costumer service is terrible here. I will be trying a new pharmacy now that I see how they respect costumers.

Their pharmacy is terrible. Finally after a couple years of trying, officially done. You try calling the phone they’ll ignore you. You go in and ask them about your prescription and tell you that they never got anything in. My doctor said they had to leave a voicemail, so they check the answering machine and behold, there it is. And turn around to tell you that you should have just called before hand so they could start getting it ready. So now they give you the 10-15 minutes, more like 30-60. And every time you come back their ladies at the front counter are rude. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

The place is great, the staff is very nice and they have your prescriptions in a timely manner.
