“Today I got off work a tad bit early to drive down to Provo to get 90lbs of dog food. My dogs are out of their raw food. I called the store owner and advised him I was enroute. He took my payment and told me he would leave the 90lbs outside on the side of his business. This is not the first time we have done this because he closes before I can get there.
I drove an hour and half in heavy traffic going approximately 10 miles per hour. I pulled up to the store and the food was not where he said he was going to put it.
I tried calling him and left messages. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting in anticipation that he would call me. I left with no success. Either he forgot or the food was stolen.
I am now out $500.00 and some. I am really frustrated. I just wasted a lot of time, effort, and money. I hope a miracle happens tomorrow.
Tomorrow came and Garrett called me in the morning. He was very apologetic and said he had forgotten to set my order outside. To make it right He delivered my order to my doorstep and gave me some dog treats and amazing beef Jerky! THANK YOU GARRETT FOR MAKING IT RIGHT!
