Worked with the Lainy and Kevin, from the Spanish Fork Branch, in obtaining an auto loan. They were prompt with their responses, and getting us taken care of, not to mention having patience and taking time to make sure all of our questions/needs were met. Will definitely continue to use them going forward.

LAINY was so awesome and willing to help! She did what no other representatives have done before and went the extra mile with a huge smile in her face, I could tell over the phone that she really wanted to get us what we needed. She was in the details and she explained everything with much patience! Looking forward to working with her again in the near future. I've had such a wonderful experience here. I didn't even know about this bank but I needed a car loan, so my friend said "go to Nebo, you'll get approved." I doubted him very much but sure enough with a cosigner I did. But thats not even the best part. I did 90% of the work to get the loan over text. Over text! Which is a big deal cause they're located 30 minutes away from where I live. Lainy was beyond patient and helpful and made the experience sooooo amazing! She's my favorite! Thank you guys!!!

I've been banking with Nebo CU for over 20 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. I have had a few situations that I haven't been able to get any support from other banks - but Nebo has always had my back. Even after moving an hour away from any branch, I've stayed with them because of the unbeatable service. I highly recommend this institution - they will take care of you! I also have to give a special shout out to Lainy in Spanish Fork! Amazing and quick customer service. Go get your loans from her, you won't be sorry!!

From getting the loan to customer service years later, everyone I have talked to has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my problems were resolved. Everyone was kind, respectful and super helpful!! I would definitely recommend Nebo Credit Union!

My parents went through the drive thru window to withdraw a great sum of money when they counted the money returned to them they noticed the lady at the window didn’t give the amount they asked for. They were missing $400. When they went back to complain the lady at the window was unfazed about the missing money and didn’t say anything she just gave them the missing $400 without asking any questions. I am trying to get ahold of the branch manager or corporate to take action. This is inappropriate and highly unprofessional.

I’ve got two auto loans through Nebo and it was quick and easy to work with the loan officer. Easy to set up payment though another FI or make payments in branch.

Waited more than an hour to get a card printed, then I called the number on the back of the card to activate it, and the automated system couldn’t activate my card, “sorry cannot process your card, please contact customer service.”I went back to the branch and spent another hour. They then “fixed it”, I tried activating it again, didn’t work. Spent 2 hours trying to get a card, they couldn’t seem to figure it out. I just took the money out of my business account and took it to AFCU.*Oh, and tellers were rude, slow, & lazy. How irritating!

WARNING! I have been a customer for 25 years. Today I went to put some gas in my car and my card was declined. Had know idea why. Checked the app. I had plenty of money. I had to have my daughter come down and put some gas in so I could make it home. When I went into the credit union to find out why it turned out they had SUSPENDED MY ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT because I was a month late on my car payment. I didn’t know I was a month late. My wife usually takes care of the finances but she’s currently in the hospital with terminal cancer. I did not get a phone call or an email or anything. I had plenty of money in my account, but they just shut it down until I made a payment. Now I could see them giving me a fine. That would be fair. But shutting off access to MY money. That’s completely totalitarian. This isn’t China for heaven sakes. I will be moving my money to a different bank. I advise you to do the same. No way will I have my loans and my bank account in the same place again..Since I posted this a member of their management contacted me and let me know they had made changes to there policy so this would not happen again. He was very courteous and professional. I appreciated that they took my concern seriously and addressed it in a timely manner even though I was just one customer.
