Early this week I broke a valve stem. I took my truck into the shop. Knowing the work it took to change one. When they called and told me it was done with no charge! They will continue to receive my business! Thank you gentlemen!

A while back I called Rocky's to make an appointment for a different service. And I was told that they don't take appointments, it's just first come first serve. So today, Dec.13 I just brought my car over at 7:30am concerned about one of my wheels making a high pitched squealing noise when the car reaches higher speeds. I was wondering if it might be a wheel bearing problem. I ask the guy at the desk if that is the kind of thing they can take a look at. He said yes. He said could I leave the car? I said absolutely. Around 12pm I called to check in. The guy I talked to said my car had not been seen yet, but that it was up next and they'll let me know what they find out. At 4 pm I walked over to the shop after my shift at work, and my car was still parked where I left it. I said to one of the guys, I don't think my car has been looked at, but I'll just go ahead and take it. And the guy just hands me my keys and says is there anything else? As if he has just done me a service. Haha. No. Just be honest. I was definitely not next when I called at 12pm, just say that. Just say we don't want to look at your car. I could have taken my car somewhere else if you were just upfront about it. I didn't need to walk to work and walk back to the shop, to have my car sit in your parking lot for 8 hours, when there was no chance of it being seen. Just say you are not going to look at it, it would honestly help to not waste people's time. If you are looking for somewhere to park your car for hours, for no reason, waste your time, get your steps in, have a couple of friendly bullshit conversations that come to nothing, and then watch them collect and hand back your car keys like they are doing you a favor then This Is The Place To Be. All in a days work. But if that doesn't sound like something you're in to, I would try somewhere else. This is a parking lot where they hold your keys for you for some reason, and you talk to a couple of random dudes about your hopes and dreams that someone might look at your car sometime, but it's only a dream. Bless your heart for thinking you were at a tire shop.

They have always done what I’ve asked unlike other mechanics. I am always willing to pay for the service but other mechanics lie or forget. My last experience with Rockies I had them rotate my tire’s and balance them. Like I asked ford to do-and they didn’t. Rocky’s did it and didn’t even charge me because I was a previous customer. I only leave great reviews or really bad reviews if I do leave one at all. And Rocky’s has time and time again proved that they are better than the rest. I fully recommend them.

These guys are the best in town! I’ve been using them the last 2 years and I have nothing to complain about. They always have timely service and fair prices. Today when I got my tires rotated, they were super nice and thorough. So glad we have them here in Spanish!

Excellent service. Highly knowledgeable. Took vehicles to them with mystery problems that no other mechanics could figure out and were able to solve them without robbing me. Have been searching for a trustworthy mechanic for quite a while and have finally found one I trust. Would highly recommend them.

Rocky’s is absolutely amazing. They got me in and out really fast. Got the nail out of my tire got my tire, balanced and rotated and they did not even charge me.❤️
