The staff is phenomenal. They always answered our questions and kept us updated on maintenance taking place on the grounds.
My problem is with Extra Space and their pricing. I purchased a 10x10’ online for $64 a month before Extra Space purchase the facility. 5 months later I got a post card stating my new fee for the same 10x10 would be $114!
This is a crazy amount and above local market for what you get. I moved out and by the looks of it many others are as well

I just started with them in the Spanish Fork location, but so far I’ve had a great experience. Dan was very helpful and made sure I got a good deal. I’ll do an update if anything changes but I would highly recommend so far based off what I’ve seen location wise and rate wise.

We really appreciate Extra Space Storage and its Spanish Fork location. On-site manager, Dan, is great to work with. He diligently & effectively helped us work thru some consolidation options where we were ultimately able to move into a spacious unit for a reasonable monthly cost. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you’re looking for a safe & secure location with a friendly manager and reasonable rates.
