Reps want to sell you only the highest end possible paint there is. They have contracted grade but refuse to sell it. And then they act stupid as if you are speaking some foreign language when you ask for contractor grade

Worst store possible, costumer service is the worse.
I when Into the store at 3:10pm they close at 4:00
After of 20 min of just waiting for a guy to show up! And I explain to him I need a color match.
Guy told me it’s gonna take him 45 min. But he can’t do it because he close at 4:00 ( this was at 4:40) already!
He told me he can eye ball the color and the shine.
His name it’s Sam.
I will be filling a complaint , worst costumer service never coming back to this store.

I’m a contractor working out of town and stopping by this SW. I was very impressed with the associate who helped me. I think her name is Remi. Her attention to detail, creativity in solving my problem, and willingness to help out exceeded my expectations.

Customer service is amazing! My husband went in for me and got the wrong paint mixed up which usually isn’t returnable. I went back and explained the situation to the manager and he was so nice to work with me and help me get a better product. Great team. So helpful and friendly.

Needed paint colors and their organization and color option set up made choosing fun and easy. I was back and forth from the store to my car and and my car battery died when I was finally ready to go. Store employees went out of their way to help me charge my battery and were so kind and friendly! I don’t see that kind of customer service much anymore so this really made my year. This group of employees is a special group! Felt like family.

We ended up using the wrong paint on a new front door. This business made everything as right with me they possibly could. They could have just done nothing but they chose to do the right thing. I will be buying all of my paint and products here from now on! Thank you!

I really loved this location. I've been to both Provo locations and had average service.Thomas was very knowledgeable about paint matching and even painting techniques. I kept seeing various base colors, like a blue, green, or gold hue in paint colors and he spent time explaining how color mixes work and why I might see different base colors to my paint. He was very helpful pointing out possible paint complimentary colors.I haven't tried to return anything because it was mixed properly and I'm the one who decided to pick the paint colors.

Honestly had a terrible experience. I ended up putting everything back that I was about to buy and leaving bc their employees were so not helpful. I go to a professional paint store because I want professional advice not kids who seem to know nothing about anything the store carries.
