Drove 40 miles round trip to pick up a Uhaul reservation, but they said the system was down and I wasn't able to rent it. They weren't very helpful about the situation. I understand that these things happen, but where it was reserved and they had all of my contact info, it would have been preferable if they had sent a text or email to let me know about the issue so I didn't waste the time or gas.

Call about new batteries for my truck quoted a price $224 each installed with a 36 month warranty. Come down get them installed then told the warranty is 24 months. That is a very important part of the transaction. I’m buying 2 batteries for a truck. I have no trust in this company or Ethan the owner all they say is sorry. Poor customer service I specifically verified the 36 month warranty. After it’s all done his response sorry my bad. Avoid at all costs Payless somewhere else!!!!

I took my Honda Odyssey here back in January for what should have been a routine timing belt replacement. Instead, the shop made a mistake that ended up requiring the cylinder heads to be replaced. They kept my car for over a week, though to their credit they replaced the heads at no charge.
Unfortunately, six months later I discovered that the work was not done correctly. I had to take my car to another shop for a coolant leak, and they found that the previous mechanic had failed to install the proper seal and hadn’t tightened the bolts correctly when replacing the heads. This caused the leak and could have led to serious engine damage.
While mistakes happen, basic attention to detail and proper workmanship should not. I cannot recommend this shop, as their negligence has already cost me time, stress, and additional repairs.

On the road heading back to AZ , brakes had a problem, they put they opened a bay up for me and got truck in right away. Appreciate how hard they worked to go out of thiere way to get me back on the road. If I lived here I would use them for all my vehicle needs!

I blew out a tire on I-15 during a trip between SLC and St. George, and Point S in Spanish Fork was a lifesaver. They replaced the tire under warranty, and when the wrong replacement tire arrived the owner immediately volunteered to drive to the warehouse in SLC to pick up the right tire so I could get back on the road when I needed to. When he got the tire, the staff did the repair right away and I was back on the road. I was very impressed by this level of customer service. Big thanks to all the staff at Spanish Fork Point S!

Spanish Fork Point S has always taken amazing care of me. Their prices are unbeatable!!! No one else even comes close. On top of that, their customer service is hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced. Friendly, honest, and always looking out for their customers. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

We thought our car might need a repair costing us hundreds of dollars. They did a diagnostic and discover it was a hose that was leaking air. They repaired it for next to nothing. Best people around.
