The employee did not inform me I was signing up for a credit card until the slip printed out for me to sign. I did not want to sign it, but a manager pressured me into it.

Stop harassing customers to get the credit card!!! It’s super frustrating to be asked 3 more times after already saying “no thanks” from the start. It honestly makes me want to shop here less because I know that when I do, I’m gonna get hounded by employees trying to make me get the credit card even after I say no.

Terrible shopping choices if you're a male.. they have 2 rows of clothes for men and young men? When did tj Maxx stop carrying clothes for guys and why?

One of the cleanest and organized TJ Maxx stores I've visited. The men's clothes section is pretty small though. Nice little stop for a browse.

TJ Maxx is always clean and their staff is friendly and helpful. I went in looking for a cross body bag that would hold my phone, wallet and 2 epi pens. The selection was very small in one corner.

I love TJ and go quite frequently. They have a great selection and are never too busy. I’ve never had a bad experience until tonight.I walked over to the dressing room with a few items to try on. There was no sign or staff member indicating they were closed. I asked an employee if I could use them and she said yes. I walked in and began trying on my clothes. Second later, a very rude woman pounds on my dressing room door telling me I need to leave. My shirt was already off. I asked why stating that another worker had let me in. She told me I had “too many clothes”. I said “I have 10 and the limit is 10”. She then insisted that I leave because they were closing in “5 minutes” although they had just announced overhead that the store was closing in 20. She kept telling me to get out even though a previous employee told me I was okay. She was incredibly rude. I try on clothes very quickly and probably would have spent a generous amount of money if she had let me try on my items. I didn’t catch her name but she was an older hispanic lady. I love TJ max but do not plan on returning to this location due to this womans rude behavior. Don’t work in retail if you hate people.

This store shouldn’t get any stars, I don’t appreciate being followed around because the color of our skin, we went two times and spent over $100 each visit . This guy in plaid shirt named Robert kept following us and was complete jerk the next time we came in at the register . Cashiers acted very strange to, like whispering. So we made a comment out loud , and as exiting we waved our receipt around . The Orem location is way better , nicer employees, and larger selections, also never got treated like I’m stealing an item. Very disappointing being treated like that .
