“The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is well maintained and the storage unit are clean. I have found that it is the easiest to pay through the app or in person. Phone sometimes gets routed to the national site and I prefer to deal with the location”

“I needed a hitch installed on my car and was calling around to various places to ask about pricing. I have heard horror stories about dealing with local U-Haul establishments but I was pleasantly surprised with the interaction I had on the phone with the employee. He was extremely polite and patient and gave me good information. I didn't end up having the hitch installed here, as I found an option elsewhere that I preferred. If you are hesitant about working with U-Haul, maybe give this location in Spanish Fork a try first.”
