When opening the trailer I rented, it had a large trash bag in it full of trash with gold fish crackers all of ther trailer. It smelled like a dump, likely due to the trash bag. I had to get rid of all the trash to utilize the trailer.

I needed a hitch installed on my car and was calling around to various places to ask about pricing. I have heard horror stories about dealing with local U-Haul establishments but I was pleasantly surprised with the interaction I had on the phone with the employee. He was extremely polite and patient and gave me good information. I didn't end up having the hitch installed here, as I found an option elsewhere that I preferred. If you are hesitant about working with U-Haul, maybe give this location in Spanish Fork a try first.

I attempted to rent a large truck, but upon arrival I was told that my reservation had been changed. I was never notified of any changes. At the pickup location, I was told I needed to contact U-haul. When I talked to U-haul, they littlerally said the words "we can't help you." The U-haul scheduling lady did not try to find me another truck, which is what I asked her to do... not even a smaller truck, she just simply said, "there are no trucks available", which was false. She was absolutely unhelpful and blamed ME for the scheduling error, which was also NOT MY FAULT. To give credit to the pickup location, the girl at the front counter was polite, despite the fact I was upset about not being able to get the truck I needed. She offered me a MUCH smaller truck. I appreciated being able to actually get a truck but because of the lack of communication between U-haul and the third party pickup location, I was not able to move all of my belongings and had to leave items behind. In addition, I rented a fridge dolly. The pickup location completely forgot to put it in the truck. Thankfully, I had the thought to check when I was only a few blocks away at a hardware store. I had to drive back to get it, which caused at minimum a 30 minute delay. I wouldn't normally complain but... I was paying hourly for the rentals. Ultimately, due to the combination of terrible U-haul and a lack luster pickup location, I lost out on time, money and property. Completely unacceptable service. I understand that my meesly dollars are chump change to U-haul but one would think a local business would have tried a bit harder for their customers.

Very friendly staff and easy pick up and drop off too. We reserved the smallest uhaul truck there is and it was available and ready to go for us and when we were done we dropped it off early too and no issues either! The uhaul was in good shape and we had no issues with it as well. Highly recommend coming here!!

The gentleman that helped us went out of his way to assist. We had some trouble with not having the wires installed in order to tow a trailer.It took a little to get things arranged and during the process he remained professional and patient with us.

Lance was great. We mistakenly locked the keys in a truck and they got them out before we could call triple A. Stayed focused on helping us, even though we blocked his business access for a while. Above and beyond.
