We just had the most lovely experience at this ultra with the general manager. I do not frequent Ulta but we were in the area and stopped by to look around. We found something we were interested in and we were hanging around waiting for help when the general manager came and gave us the best customer service I have ever had. I will certainly be shopping at this ulta again in the future!

Need to inform customers of promotions such as when you buy Mac products after a certain amount you can get them to do your makeup or teach you how, they do have a salon and offer services
It would also be awesome if employees were more knowledgeable about the brands and the pros and cons and to which the product is to specific.
I have an oily complexion with an olive tone but I'm fairly light, its always been hard to find my shade, and whenever I ask for assistance, I always feel like they talk down to me, but don't know anything more than me. .
.educate your employees, and humble yourselves.

I had the worst experience, I went in to get makeup done by the makeup artist Shey and I stated I wanted something natural. The day before I asked for no bronzer contour or highlights. Contour was added to my makeup which I thought was blush in the moment and was way to dark on my skin, the foundation was actually peeling off my skin and I had massive patches around my mouth and my noise where the makeup would not stay even after trying to re apply over those areas. As I was leaving I told the makeup artist and the person at the counter I would need to remove the makeup because it looked horrible and was peeling off my face and I still paid over $100 for this. I felt humiliated when I left the store.

Everything I've gone to this store it has always been a great experience. There are always employees, eager, knowledge and willing to help. I'm in my late 20s and have never been too big into taking super nice care of my skin or hair or wearing tons of make-up. I've been to other beauty stores that I've felt like they looked down on me for my ignorance. Never once had that experience here. I'm always helped within a few minutes of entering the store, everyone I've ever had help me has never been pressuring, or rude. Always super friendly and there to help me, not to sell to me, but to help me. Shout out to Ryan who helped me when I went in today. Reccomended a lipstick/gloss thing that I didn't know existed, but was exactly what I wanted in the shade I needed. If you're starting or have already started your self-care, make-up, skin-care journey, I would highly recommend this location 10/10.

Walked into every employee gathered in the mac makeup. Not a single greeting. Ok I get it, customer service has died. But all 5 items I came after were out of stock.

I’m not sure if it was the manager but we had someone help us that we were getting refund for a product so when we went to exchange it they told us we could return it in a very rude tone then told us it doesn’t matter if we spend money there just there tone and they way they treated us isn’t the best customer service definitely lost my business

I had a gift card that expired 2 days ago and I didn’t realize it was expired until I got to the register, Cambria went above and beyond and honored the gift card for me. I appreciate the great customer service!
