I was so incredibly pleased with Trent from Velox Mobile Storage. Moving cargo containers can be really stressful, but his attention to detail completely eased my worries.
He did a fantastic job positioning them—they were perfectly aligned and well-spaced. Trent genuinely took the time to ensure he met my exact specifications. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is a great company to work with. They were so accommodating to my schedules and last minute changes. Incredible customer service! They can put your box in just the right spot and make necessary adjustments to make it work better for you. They take good care of you, from the office personnel to the onset delivery. Always quick to respond to questions and concerns. I would definitely use them again in my next move. I loved my experience with Velox.

Velox quickly moved my shipping container from one property to another. Showed up on time, had the container pulled out and loaded in no time then placed it exactly where I wanted it at the new location. No tilt/drop and hoping it would work. Great job!

These people are great. They were right on time for both out and back in. The driver who delivered the container could not have been more pleasant or polite. The container was in great shape and very very clean. The lady I talked to on the phone was very efficient and demonstrated great care and concern. I will use Velox every time. I highly recommend this company with 5 stars that they earned and well deserve.

I had a container in a tight spot in my yard, Trent came and had it moved safely and securely in 30 minutes. Super knowledgeable and helpful! Great at communicating and planning logistics.

I had a fantastic experience with Velox and Katy!! They were clear, professional and worked exceptionally well with me. Their service was high quality and attentive throughout the whole process. I compared three other companies and while Velox was not the cheapest or the most expensive, they stood out by far for reliability and communication. My experience was great! The shipping container was dropped off exactly when they said it would be. Getting it picked back up was super easy too. The monthly bill was on auto pay so that was awesome. When I called to get my container delivered at my new house, the girl in the office was very helpful and kind. The driver called to confirm when they would be at the delivery location and they picked it up exactly when they said they would. All of my belongings were still in excellent condition. It was a great experience all around.
