6 employees in the store and not one of them can provide customer service outside of “go online” or “call this number.” Why in the world have a store front and pay 6 employees to stand around if they are only going to turn customers away and not provide any sort of solution?

I don't recommend this place. If you want bad service and rude associates this is your place. Hope manager or corporate do something about it.

I should've just drove to the Verizon in Draper in the first place, but coming an hour and a half away Spanish fork seemed a better option.Should really work on costumer service skills. I wish I would've just asked for a different rep instead of the one that helped me.

My phone died. I walked into your store. I asked who wanted to help an old lady who is not tech savvy. All three of the workers came over and said any of them would love to help me. I ended up working with Kennedy. She was very helpful and very patient. I brought a new phone, and the next day, Kennedy greeted me and proceeded to set up my new phone. I had a great experience there and would go again.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received, has been consistently at this store. I went in today asking for a question on my bill, the sales associate didn’t even bother pulling up my bill. Just referred me to calling Global Verizon (something they do every time I come in with a question). I asked for the manager, and turns out, I was speaking with the manager. I’ve gone to other locations and they’ll bend over backwards to help, this one just passes along the problem and have zero interest in helping.If you look at all the recent reviews, the majority of them are negative. There’s a reason, it’s not angry customers, it’s poor service. Look at the blanket response from the owner, they don’t actually read or care, there’s no true customer service here.

Went in on Dec 3rd for a new phone the sales man that helped me was just trying to get me out the door. I had to set the phone up and transfer all my own data. I had him put on screen protector which I had to go back in on Monday to have it replaced because it peeled off. Will not be going back to this store!

Cory was a great help!! Had a horrible experience with a Verizon in Draper. Bought a new phone, numbers were switched. It was a nightmare now my daughter needed a new phone and I didn't want to relive that nightmare Cory was very helpful. Making sure things were done correctly. He even helped fix a problem we still had from that last experience, he took time out of his personal time to make sure that things were taken care of. I appreciate all the work that he put into making our experience a pleasant one.

Severely disappointed with the service. Ethan sucks!!! Went in to get info on account and possibly change plans, phones and he gave me bad information on my account. We are now changing service. Won’t ever go back to Verizon.

Every time I go in this store it’s a mistake. I ordered my phone a week ago while in the store. 1. They created the order wrong and took an hour to fix it (or so I thought) 2. They deactivated my kids phones, while they weren’t there and we had no way to get ahold of them to get them their new phones. After 3 hours of issues while trying to fix the order I was finally told everything was good to go. Made payment while there and was told it went through. Only to get an email a week later from Verizon stating there was an error with our order and they were cancelling our order. Went back to the store to be told “sorry we can make the order again, but now it is a 3 week wait for the phone”. Not a single rep that talked to me was willing to do anything due to their store associates mistake. I understand that the order is through apple, but there was other things they could have done.

Purchased a new phone and told them I was still backing up my of phone and wanted to use it until everything could be transferred to the new phone but they deactivated my old phone and activated the new one. My back up stopped, and I didn’t have any contacts or apps on the new phone. I called to switch the active phone back to my old phone with all of my stuff until I could transfer everything and that took forever to get a hold of someone and now I am still waiting. Terrible and annoying experience.

I arrive close to closing time desperately needing help to get my work phone working. I could not receive or send out any text unless they had an iPhone. Both Joseph and Clint (the store manager) stayed at least 15 minutes after close to troubleshoot my phone and get it working again.

Walmart mobile has better service then Verizon. I can't send texts or receive them.
