My favorite pet store in Utah County by a mile. A huge selection of animals! (Snakes, hamsters, birds, everything from cute to exotic). Super nice staff who seem to really know their stuff. My wife and I drive all the way from Orem just to get our feeders. The new owners have absolutely made this place into a top notch establishment.

The store looked and smelled disgusting. I specifically saw kittens in small cages with litter boxes that were very neglected. There was animal feces of some sort, on the floor under other cages next to them as well. The place and animals just appeared pretty neglected.

Better prices than Petco on feeder food. The staff has always been fairly friendly to me and they know their stuff decently well.

I seriously love this pet store. They had great prices on feeders and it's the only place I'll go because they're so friendly! The workers are all so nice and the owner is very kind. Everything is priced fair and they have just about everything your pet would need. Their animals are also very healthy, I'm pretty pleased with the snails I picked up today

It's nice to see an exotic pet store with employees dedicated to the love and care of the animals. Every time we have gone in staff have gone above and beyond with helping me find the right food, supplies, and set up needs for my animals. The staff there are incredibly friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend them to everyone with any exotic pet for your needs.

Great place to get stuff. I feel they take better care of the animals and the store is always clean when I go in they are in the middle of remodeling so they didn't have many fish.

They saved my rescue! I found a beautiful calico cat during the winter and kept her in my home to stay warm while trying to find her home. Nobody claimed her for months of trying. There was no chip either. She became pregnant and I had already had two cats of my own so I couldn't take on a mama and litter and searched desperately for help. This pet shop took her in and have nursed her and her amazing litter! They are so kind and loving and helped me with this transition as well by sending photos and letting me visit. This was so hard for me because of how much I fell in love with Katniss but they have made it so much better. They are truly animal lovers and great people! Please support them because they support the community without you even knowing it. Love love love this place!!!

Wow! I was so impressed with my visit today. I can’t remember the workers name, but she was the nicest and had short red hair. So knowledgeable with the fish and reptiles and the other animals and answered my millions of questions without making me feel dumb. I can tell she really really loved the animals which always makes me feel better supporting a place. I came in early in the day when she was feeding the animals and she was so kind and personable with every single one. The fish were BEAUTIFUL! And well taken care of. I NEVER leave reviews, but I was just so impressed today! Will be coming back to get my aquarium set up with some of the most beautiful and well taken care of fish I’ve ever seen! P.S. I also brought a toddler and baby who were being a little whiny and the worker was still very patient with me.

I have lived in Spanish Fork 8 years.In all that time I visited Nemo (PREVIOUS NAME) once (ugh)
IT HAS NOW CHANGED HANDS and is SUPER.Great friendly service,store nice and clean. All fish look happy and healthy. Nice stock of supplies too.
If you have not been in since it changed hands- GO, you will love it.
PRICES are great too.
PRIME PETS, THE place to buy all of your fish and other critters.

Always greeting customers with a smile, and you can't find a better deal on crickets, anywhere in the valley! Their selection of fish is awesome, and we always love to see what they have new.

Incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. As pet shops go, this one is a bit smaller than most. They have a ton of fish, some rodents, and they recently expanded a new reptile section in the rear of the store. Additionally, they have rebranded themselves. They are now called Prime Pets.

Awful!!!!! All of the animals are left in dirt, overfull environments. Dead fish in the fish tanks, and it's way too hot of an environment for some of the animals including rats and rabbits. Animal abuse!!! This place should be shut down.
