The staff is always so friendly here! Like this 7/11 specifically. (Weeknights 7-10pm) and they have the stuff i want stocked! Those Dr. death drinks are for some reason kind of hard to find, but these guys always have it. It always seems fairly clean even though the help wanted sign suggests they’re a bit understaffed. I really enjoy it as far as 7/11s go.

I walked into the store last night and the overpowering smell of pinesol from the mopped floor immediately caused me to start coughing and had a headache and before I even checked out, I was having a full blown asthma attack. When I got into my vehicle, my hair and clothes wreaked of pinesol. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has had adverse reactions to the chemicals used in this store. I won’t be going to that store again.

They have deals posted on there displays but won’t honor the price, because they say it’s no longer good. If the deal is over then take the deal off the display.

I had an upsetting experience with a cashier on shift around 3 a.m. on Thursday, July 18th. Her tone was dismissive, and she spoke to me in a condescending way, as if I didn’t understand English. For context, I was raised speaking English, so the way she responded—repeating my words slowly and with an odd tone—felt unnecessarily demeaning.
I can’t say with certainty what her intentions were, but the interaction left me feeling disrespected and singled out. There was no sense of professionalism or customer care. I hope this can be reviewed internally. It’s important that all customers are treated with basic courtesy and without assumptions being made about them.

The gas station manager is extremely rude. Went to purchase a lighter they refused to get me one with out a I’d. I went across the street and bought one without an issue. I went back to have the lady show me why it needed id and she only needed an age verification. I went back the manager harassed me and my woman before we walked in. Then walked in the gas station to continue and attack me. I again have been to every gas station on main and no one has asked me for a light er she refused me service as well. Also she was smoking in her car pretty sure she was tweaking and high. Would love to talk to the store owner thanks before I have to push this farther

Overall most of the employees are nice and always greet me on my way inside but there are a couple who just act as if they might kill over dead when asked a simple question about refilling the creamer dispensing machine. I mean if id known a simple yes or no question was going to ruin your day then I would've never bothered to ask. Maybe they were having a bad day etc but if u choose to work in cust service, please don't get so irritated by answering questions for customers. Cuz that's just the tip of the iceberg. Id hate to see what reaction would be triggered by a waaaay More serious question/situation like if asked to refill the nacho cheese!?!?!?! ??

10/22 around 2pm the cashier was extremely rude. I've worked in customer service for years and I will never go back to this store because of this man's behavior. I understand having a bad day or whatever he was going threw but don't take it out on your customers. Just awful

They have a Card Skimmer here do not shop here. Woke up with 2 pending charges then later was notified that my card was added to a digital wallet. 10 mins later was charge 651$. Did not expect this when I went to that 7/11
