Another experience was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and clear as to recommendations. Mike did an outstanding job. Grover was great; he texted when he was on his way and showed up early. He had the remote for an older garage door opener right on his truck. He also waived the service fee and lubricated the door at no charge.

Okko was super nice and explained everything very clearly. No pressure and we know what condition the garage door is in and what future maintenance we can expect. Definitely would love to have him back to work on our door again.
