Super unprofessional. I accidently entered this store instead of Autozone looking for a product. He did correct me and saying I was on the wrong website when showing the product . But what made it unprofessional, I was still in the store looking for something else and he thought I couldn’t hear him talking to his co worker about this incident and laughing about it and tearing at while leaving the store.

I give it two stars just because on my return visit I got the right parts. I went in and asked for two spark plugs, I gave the employee the part number and said it’s an NGK. They handed me two ACDelco’s and said they were the equivalent to the NGK. I took them at their word and paid $14.56 for the two and walked out without my receipt, thinking why do I need it. I was wrong because they were the wrong plugs. I took them back got the right ones and when they did the swap I asked how much is the cost difference? They said, “nothing they are the same price”, I looked at the price and asked how’s that work? These are ten bucks for two, and I was originally charged $14.56 for two the other day. I got the “dear in the headlights” look and asked for the receipt. Good on you if that’s truly how you do business, I guess. $5.00 isn’t much but after doing it to a few hundred customers it adds up. I won’t be going back!

This is a wonderful place, they will help with anything. I had a battery that I thought was bad, so they tested it, and charged it for me. Found out it was a good battery but wouldn't take a charge. So they replaced the battery for free(under warranty) and my car starts up like a beauty! Great service and parts.

Sent my daughter to this location to buy a lug nut and bolt to replace the broken one on her vehicle. Apparently the guy who had glasses with orange lenses told her he wouldn't sell it to her because the bolt was twisted off and she had to go to a tire shop to get it replaced. I then had to go to this location and buy the lug nut and bolt for her car myself. No problems when I went in to get it, just when my 18 year old daughter did. No problem replacing the bolt. Didn't have to take it to a tire shop at all. Why can't the part jockey just leave the mechanic stuff to the mechanics and sell the $5 worth of parts to the person asking for it?

Guys I got to do a great review on this one. I had a friend that had her daughter's car needing brakes and rotors so I met them here and we did it on the parking lot. One of the managers Dean came out to check on us as they have had quite a few people that have done work on their cars in their parking lot and ended up spilling oil and lots of things which ruins the surfaces. When he saw what we were doing and I was teaching them how to do it he was very supportive and even gave some tips and information on some additional things for the car. I was really impressed by his support and how friendly he was. He had a great knowledge of the vehicle and procedures to fix it. Highly recommend coming here to get the items that you need. I appreciate the advanced Auto I have in my hometown but they don't have my friendly service, advice and help as good as this site does.

I had a strange experience with my 99 Ford Explorer. The 4 wheel drive low & high kept flashing for no reason. I needed to give my aunt a ride to Payson so I thought I'd go to Advance to have them hook up the diagnosis dealy to see if I'd be okay for the ride. First the guy was dealing with 2 people before me plus answering calls for bout 10 plus minutes. When I was able to talk to him he said that hooking up the diagnostics machine wouldn't show anything to deal with 4x4 issues. He recommended that I manually change it to 2 wheel drive. So I got in & funny enough my options were high or low so I just left not at all satisfied. We made it to Payson & back though so..

Decklin (hopefully that’s how you spell it—if not, sorry ?) was very good natured and went out of his way to help me, even when many people in customer-facing roles would’ve just said “sorry, we don’t do that.”He was primarily helping me ship a package, as this is a UPS access point, so I wasn’t even a paying customer… but if I need anything this type of store sells, I’d definitely come here. Thanks again! ?

I’ve always felt well treated here. That said, today Decklin took time clearly on his break to help educate me about possible reasons for my car’s break light problem. I used that info, found the problem, easy fix, and I am very grateful. It’s nice when small problems can stay small, and Decklin made that possible.

Polite. Knew what I was looking for. Had it. Gave it to me for a great price and I fixed it....As long as you're buying parts and but tools I love advanced.... Want tools go to harbor freight or home Depot dependent on what you need... ?✌️♥️???

I really don't like leaving negative reviews. However, when I have been misled or taken advantage of I will. My college age student daughter needed some wiper blades. $100 for wiper blades for a college student is a lot. So we went with some that had a rebate. We mailed it in and were declined because "the maximum number of claims" had been reached. Then why were the signs still up. I feel that they are dishonest and misleading.

So i typically dont shop here but my last visit dramatically changed that. I was welcomed as i walked in. I was then helped with competence and then when there was an issue it was handled quickly and with me in mind. I will be bringing my business to this store from now on.
