“They did a great job taking care of my e-bike. Initially there was damage in shipping when we first bought it and then again when it was damaged from a crash. They repaired it back to like-new and really took care of us. I appreciate that they also do pick up and drop off for it since I don’t have a truck to transport it.”
“Last week I took my Specialized Turbo Vado to Hanger 15 Orem to have them install a stem riser. The first thing I noticed was their excellent customer service. They did the research and made a recommendation and gave me a quote. I left the bike and within three days they called me and said it was ready. The work was excellent and the modification was perfect. The most amazing part is the actual cost was about 1/3 the quote cost because they didn’t need to install longer cables. I would not have known otherwise. They have integrity and are transparent. I totally recommend their shop, service, and techs.”

Today I bought a bike rack for my daughters car so she can take her bike to college with her. The nice employee even came out and read the instructions and put it on for me! When he finds out that work wasn’t needed he is up front about it and has removed it from the estimate and charges. Great to work with. I’ll be back for all of my E-bike needs.”
