“Jerry runs a nice Electric Bike Shop. He has great staff. His prices are honestly appraised and reasonable. Competent excellent work. He doesn’t over charge. When he finds out that work wasn’t needed he is up front about it and has removed it from the estimate and charges. Great to work with. I’ll be back for all of my E-bike needs.”

“Very helpful. Always know their stuff. I'm a pretty old school cyclist, and having access to a couple of trikes allows me to continue to share a lot of good times, even though we're all getting older.”

“They did a great job taking care of my e-bike. Initially there was damage in shipping when we first bought it and then again when it was damaged from a crash. They repaired it back to like-new and really took care of us. I appreciate that they also do pick up and drop off for it since I don’t have a truck to transport it.”

“Last week I took my Specialized Turbo Vado to Hanger 15 Orem to have them install a stem riser. The first thing I noticed was their excellent customer service. They did the research and made a recommendation and gave me a quote. I left the bike and within three days they called me and said it was ready. The work was excellent and the modification was perfect. The most amazing part is the actual cost was about 1/3 the quote cost because they didn’t need to install longer cables. I would not have known otherwise. They have integrity and are transparent. I totally recommend their shop, service, and techs.”

“Super helpful and friendly - just like a local bike shop should be. I brought in bike with a loose headset that I rented from a nearby university. These guys fixed had a loose headset in a couple minutes and sent me on my way.”

They also have a great selection of products related to cycling and mountain biking. They're always happy to take the time to explain products and give helpful recommendations tailored to each customer's needs.”

“I can't say enough about this Hangar 15 in SF! Such great customer service. This year we bought 2 new bikes and had them fix up 5 old ones. They're quick and do great work. The employees are amazing! They're friendly, professional and smart, if they don't know they find someone who does. Today I bought a bike rack for my daughters car so she can take her bike to college with her. The nice employee even came out and read the instructions and put it on for me! He wouldn't even take a Culver's shake but said he was just happy to help! Wish I had gotten his name!”
