It also boasts a large playground suitable for younger children, along with a separate area for toddlers, complete with swings and plenty of shade. Visitors can enjoy a covered pavilion for picnics and gatherings, as well as clean picnic areas under the trees. The park is dog-friendly, offering walking paths and a doggie bag station, and it is often bustling with activity, especially for sledding during winter with its steep hills. However, the park lacks restroom facilities, which many visitors find unacceptable given its high usage. The parking lot entrance is small and lacks signage, making it easy to miss. Despite these drawbacks, Big Hollow Park is appreciated for its natural beauty, ample shade, and cleanliness, offering a pleasant environment for families, pet owners, and sports teams alike. Improvements, such as restroom facilities, could enhance the experience for all who visit.

Great sledding in the winter! Good variety of big/steep hills & small hills for all ages of kids. Can be pretty crowded at times.

It's a pretty park other than some sidewalks popping up, and it needs some repairs to it's tube slide (shown in pictures), It is clean for the most part and has beautiful walking trail around the park. A big hill for rolling down on the summer and tubing down in the winter. It's also mostly shaded as well.
