These guys have ALWAYS treated me right. I've been to several shops and nobody has been as good as these guys. Friendly and straightforward. They've always shot me straight. Eddie is my go-to, but every single person here is amazing.

This Big O Tires is the best one I've been to yet. Their entire team is always very kind, helpful, and fast. Paul Gibbons especially provided the best service. I had many, many problems with my 2007 van which involved finding a new gas tank, installing it, and many other things. I have a very busy schedule and he worked with me to find solutions and schedule times to do the repairs, all while keeping costs as low as he could. My car is finally good to go thanks to Paul and the rest of the team and I am very grateful!

I've purchased tires here multiple times in the past 12 years. They are great. They've repaired nails for me at no charge even when the tires were purchased elsewhere. The service is quick and they are always ready to help.

Took my sxs paddles to mount them. Jonathan Cerrillo took care of me. Great place. Not the first time he does a great job. I've been coming to this location for years. Never had any issues. This location is always my go to.

Johnathan at the Springville location was super friendly and fast. I took my car in for 1 tire repair and they found another tire needing repair and fixed both of them no charge. Awesome customer service.

Took my son’s 2003 Corolla in for a tire rotation & multi point inspection.
Eddy Lowe was my Sales guy.
Friendly, honest, forthright.
Gave me a prioritized list of needed maintenance items to plan on doing the next few months and a quote for each (brakes, struts).
We’re loyal to this BigO location for all our cars and highly recommend them.
