The place is nice and clean. The water is warm and there is a Hot tub. The water in the pool doesn’t go very deep (only 4 1/2 ft) so not great for diving but other than that it’s great.

Nightmare. They're quick to take your money and don't want to be contacted to ever work for it. Shady outfit. Steer clear from renting/buying in this area. They are bad.

I have called every day several times a day for weeks. I’m not kidding. No one EVER answers the phone. Can some one PLEASE just tell me how to rent the clubhouse? Like… take my money if you could get someone to answer. Geez.

This complex is a nightmare. On top of the maintenance being horrible, they don’t provide enough parking for the units that they rent out. They had my vehicle towed after sitting in an after hours spot for less than 30 minutes. Then, when the tow truck driver damaged my vehicle, neither the tow company or complex did anything to help repair damages. Stay as far away from this hole as possible.

We had reserved the clubhouse for my daughters bday 2 weeks in advanced. 6 days prior they call to tell us that our check bounced back. And that they gave your reservation within two hours to someone else. Doesn’t seem coincidental. Our bank had told us they don’t even show the check was attempted to be cashed out, so there’s no report on any bounced checks as the funds were there. Instead of properly communicating or resolving the issue they left a little girl without a club house reservation which is a huge inconvenience as there is no clubhouse available that last minute to book now. The responses by christy and yosdel were completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I've got family that live in the apartment buildings surrounding this clubhouse and we were able to reserve the club house for a family party.

To be a condo pool and gym it's excellent, it also has an excellent hot tub that's so comfortable. The treadmills are good and they've a lot of them

The clubhouse is part of the Camelot HOA. It sees moderate traffic. It's on pretty good condition except for some the work out equipment needs replacing.
