In and out to renew my DL in about 10 minutes. Staff is super nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you are renewing make sure to make an appointment online beforehand, otherwise they have tablets where you can book one but it'll take you longer.

I have to say, I was dreading a visit to the DMV. In the past (I had only been to the Orem location), I've had the typical horrid wait, slow service etc. I was in and out with a renewed license in less than 5 minutes. It was so painless!

I renewed my license here. I made an appointment online and filled out the application online. I walked right in and got my picture taken, sat down less than 10 seconds and my number was called. I was in and out in under 10 minutes! The employees I worked with were friendly. So happy how quick and headache-free the experience here was.

A little bit of a wait but everyone was very friendly. Fill out your application online beforehand and make an appointment... It will save you a lot of time!

I went right as they opened and things went very quickly. The staff were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was surprised to hear Microsoft Sam over the PA system :)

Can’t even renew a driver’s license. Not particularly helpful when the Driver License Offices can’t help with a driver license.

Going to the DLD isn't always amazing, but I will say that multiple of the best DLD experiences I've had have been at this Springville office.
I love that they have you book appointments online and fill out paperwork before you arrive. Never had to wait painfully long amounts of time. Staff have always been efficient and helpful.
