This is the worst Verizon or cellular store I have ever dealt with EVER!!! . They are crooks! I cannot even give them one star and feel good about it. I returned everything, after calling Verizon and finding out that their employee Wxxxxxx lied about the pricing. All he cared about was the sale and the fact that it was time to go home. Oh no!!! He had to stay late to get the sale!!Next after returning everything he refused to give us our money back because it was late and time for him to go home.The manager Mxxxxx refused to reimburse as well. WOW!!! Thankfully Verizon Cellular is awesome and their amazing Customer Service team pulled through reimbursing us everything the store would not. I am amazed that this store is still in business!! Verizon shut them down!! I found out they are a third party store. I will never make that mistake again!!!Update to the saga: We had to call the store back because the internet box was not reported back as returned. No surprise there. The store manager denied even remembering any of this a month later. Yeah right!! They are crooks!! Thankfully Verizon came through again!! They found the box and that it was not being used by us and we were not charged. No thanks to the Springville Verizon store.BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

Don't go to this store. I had a dispute about a trade in. Marco the manager said he couldn't help me. He said he would call Tyler his regional manager but went it "went straight to voicemail." Marco promised a call back that never came. That same night I talked to Victra (The Verizon in Spanish Fork) and explained the situation. They couldn't help me because the trade had to be through Russell Cellular. Victra did say that I just needed to talk to the right person at Russell Cellular and they should be able to resolve the situation. So I returned to Marco to ask him who I needed to talk to because another store was telling me that it could be resolved. He just basically blew me off so I asked him to have Tyler call me. When I got home I had one more question to ask so I tried to call the store but my phone call wouldn't go through because it's labeled as spam. I thought that was weird so I grabbed my wife's phone to call only to find that her number too was labeled as spam from Verizon. CRAZY COINCIDENCE! Marco of course denies marking our numbers and to this day have not heard back from Verizon. My wife tried stopping in and a girl (Megan) took the phone and said that they would be in contact. It's been over a week and now they have our phone and have not resolved the issue. Do yourself a favor and go to Victra in Spanish Fork. You may have to wait in line but it's worth it. There is a reason Russell Cellular has noone in there and Victra is busy.***Nice generic response Russell Cellular

Don't waste your time going to this verizon store. Been here twice now for different reasons and both times the staff has lacked any desire to give assistance. They can not even setup a phone for you. They were unwilling to put a screen protector on my phone and assist me with getting my new phones setup. They did provide me in writing that they were unable to assist me as a customer.

I bought the new iPhone and upgraded from my old one. They charged me a $40 “setup fee”. I asked what is for and they said “well if you bought any accessories then we would have put them on your phone for you”. I didn’t even buy any accessories yet they charged me for it and said it’s non refundable lmao. What a joke. I recommend people buy devices from the manufacturer and not the retailer or they pull little strings like this

Emily worked so hard to get me a price I was more comfortable with and was so kind to both me and my service animal the entire time we were in the store. It is because of people like Emily that I feel grateful for and confident in my local Verizon store. Also, she geeked out with me over my new green iPhone! Thank you Emily!

Helpful people, but be aware it's a third party store.We wanted to move over a line and came here first. They were helpful and gave us lots of information, but wanted to charge extra to move the line over (in addition to Verizon's activation fee). So I went to the Spanish Fork Verizon store where they didn't require that additional fee. Unfortunately, we followed the advice of this store and paid off the device 24 hours before moving the number over. Verizon would have paid off the device for us if we hadn't done it ourselves, and given us a trade in value. We ended up only getting the trade in value. So we lost $440 because of differing information between this and a direct Verizon store. My advice is to be aware of the differences and do the research to find the best choice for your situation. I didn't know there was a difference and it cost me a lot of money.

The customer service was top notch! I went in with a very specific and challenging problem and Emily didn’t stop helping me until the problem was solved! She got creative, thought outside of the box, Smiling and reassuring me the whole time.I was impressed the way the store manager came over to help but didn’t just take over, instead he made his employee feel valued and together they knocked it out of the park. They won my business and my loyalty!

I was amazed they remember returning customers’ names. They were busy, but still made sure to acknowledge everyone who came in. They made sure everything was working correctly before we left.

Good experience at Russell Cellular. Emily was great. Very personable. She even got coloring pages for my kids and was patient with their little antics. She was still in training and I was happy to see her manager and coworker help her out quickly as needed. No one tried to upsell me which is always a fear of mine when I walk into a sales environment. So, no complaints, here. :)
