They switched management, and the price of my unit doubled. Not to mention they fail to take out payments then charge late fee.... They keep promising they will figure it out and call back with a solution, but they don't. Tired of getting robbed , Can go a block down the street, get a better unit for less money and no BS . Don't use this place. Used to be good . Now it's a joke .

I couldn’t be more impressed with the changes happening at Fleming Storage under the new ownership. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the team is focused on providing top-notch customer service and a clean, secure, and well-maintained facility.
The new owners have gone above and beyond to improve the property and make the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The units are spotless, the grounds are well-lit, and communication has been excellent every step of the way.
It’s refreshing to see a storage facility run by people who truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for reliable storage with a personal touch, Fleming Storage is the place to go!

CAUTION!!!! All BYU and UVU students do NOT use this place for storing your stuff during the summer. It's super unprofessional and shady. They have no documentation and no records of any kind. I went to move out and the guy said I was behind on my rent. This wasn't true because I paid the entire amount before I left Provo for the summer but the guy kept claiming I owed him for 12 days of rent. I finally caved and gave him a 20$ just so I could leave expecting him to give me 6$ in change back and the owner came out and said he he was keeping all of my money. When I asked further he said he couldn't give me any receipt and there was no documentation and he drove off in his car. Overall a terrible experience. Not to mention this place only takes cash? All around shady. Please stay away.

Showed up at online posted opening time and waited for one hour for owners to show up and open the office for uhaul. Was treated poorly during booking process. Overall negative customer service experience but happy with the uhaul itself.

Horrible customer service! The man (Alex) we rented from was sarcastic, rude and basically had no idea what he was doing. Super frustrating to deal with. We had already paid for the truck to haul our stuff for the move and he was LOOKING AT OUR INVOICE ONLINE and asked us "dId YoU gUyS pAy??? WhAt'S yOuR EmAiL???" When all of that info was already taken! I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot and I don't appreciate him giving me a dolly that "might bend if you lift a washer" when we paid for the more expensive one! Never using their service again. Horrible. Just horrendous.

This small family owned business gives great personal service, something you don't always find with the bigger companies. Rented a unit for while and the prices were, and always are, a little less than their competitors. Moved from the area, but would use again if the needed. Would definitely recommend!!!
