I am so sad to have to change my rating from 5 stars after using Hobble Creek for almost 12 years. The lack of quick responses and how difficult it is to speak with a provider has been the straw that broke the camel's back for us. We have waited until after hours multiple times for replies to concerns or medication refills. The new Revere phone menu when you call is not very helpful. It also seems like lately someone is always covering for someone else. Sometimes it will even be a couple days before we get prescriptions sent in because the provider we saw was gone and the covering provider won't send in the prescription.
That being said, if you do consider using this office, all the pediatricians are great despite the slow response issue. We genuinely love Dr. Mark and have gone to him for 12 yrs. He is so attentive- when he is with you, he is with you. He is not distracted or in a rush. He listens and responds appropriately, is so good with my children, and they love him. (The same can be said from the couple visits we have had with Dr. Townsend and Dr. David.)

Doctor Townsend is great, but the others will continue to say they're right after my child is still sick. Then the office constantly have biliing "errors" to charge you more, twice, or three times for one visit in my case. Two different times.

Dr. Mark Davenport is our favorite pediatrician, and we've gone through 4 different ones due to moving around. We can say from experience he is wonderful.

Both of my kids see Dr. Mark Davenport. We have since moved away from Springville but I make the commute so they can continue to be seen by him. He is amazing with my kids, very knowledgeable, always on top of things, easy to talk to and work with, and doesn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for them. The staff are genuinely nice and professional as well.

No one likes going to the doctor. However, Dr. McMaster has an easy-going and accommodating manner that makes caring for your health much more comfortable. I also appreciate being able to get a flu shot or lab work with just a phone call and a few hours notice. We are all busy, and the office staff at Hobble Creek are always helpful and welcoming.

Dr. Townsend has been caring for my oldest daughter since she was two months old and has been looking after my second daughter since birth. Now, at almost 3 and 1 years old, we are grateful to have Dr. Townsend as their pediatrician. She detected hip dysplasia in both girls at an early stage, preventing the need for surgery and ensuring they can walk without difficulty. Thank you, Dr. Townsend❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been to many pediatrician offices and this one is by far the worst one I've visited in Utah County.I don't understand why they don't listen to you as a parent?Do you feel like they deliberately DON'T treat your child so that you may come back thus get charged again? Lose time from work? Change your schedule? And if you call back for their on call help they refer you to an urgent care which cost even more money and they don't dispense medicine per their new LPN. (Even though we have record of having it been done in the past) oh! AND we got disconnected and she didn't call back. I believe if it were Mark or David they would have.Mark is such a wonderful doctor! He has NEVER made me feel rushed. This is the only positive thing I can say about anyone there or this clinic.How dare the doctors think they know my child better than I?My children were involved in a car accident and I had to push for the proper imaging to be done. They forgot to send an order in and said they would only order it again IF THEY BE EXAMINED again, mind you, they were examined literally 48 hours prior. Make it make sense please?Don't even get me started on the staff. It's like calling Comcast. It truly feels like they hate their job.Update: no one bothered to call me back after we got disconnected from the after hours line. They have all my information as their LPN called me from a private number. ? We ended up going to an urgent care on Main st where we procided with antibiotics Mark had said would be the next step...CANYONVIEW urgent care I believe? We were referred to canyonview pediatrics for future care of our children.

We’ve come in a few times just because it’s close, but to be honest this is my least favorite pediatric office we’ve ever been to.Doctors: not intentionally unhelpful, but rushing too fast and we felt like a number at a drive through with the doctor clocking how fast he could get us out the door.- more frustrating was that my kids needed a TB test for upcoming travel and when one child asked what TB was the doctor said he didn’t have time to explain- inattentive to whose child’s chart he was looking at or which child he was talking toNurses have always been kind and attentive in our experience - it’s the redeeming part of our experiences.Office staff & procedures: horrible, they have a really long checkin process with lots of red tape and paperwork. Staff has never been friendly in my experience, and look like they hate their jobs.

Dr. Townsend has been my almost 11 month old's Pediatrician since she was born. She is so friendly to us & takes time to listen to our questions and concerns and explains things very well. I couldn't ask for a better doctor to trust with my child's health!
