“I have NEVER had a bad experience here with the products or employees. My fiancé and I are avid board game hoarders and 10+ games in our collection have come from this store. We typically purchase games online due to local stores not carrying some of the more niche & eclectic ones were looking for... But not here! I'm blown away by their inventory. It is truly evident that the store is run by someone that knows, loves, and actively plays games. Of course their prices can't match the lowest price you'll find online. This is a locally owned business that needs to make a profit to function. Board games just happen to be expensive items with a lot of components, but it's worth the instant gratification of getting a game and supporting local economy.
I don't believe anything is marked up higher than necessary and have been very pleased by the sales they offer during holidays / misc. events. Highly recommend. ?”

“I visit here frequently for yarn and craft supplies. Every time I go in, there's some sort of sale going on. Last week, they had clearance yarn for $1, and all their Christmas stuff was 70-80% off. The workers are friendly and have helped me find all kinds of random little things! Be extra careful in the parking lot. The layout is weird, and people tend to drive through the parking spaces to get to their destinations.”

“The staff here are the best. They're willing to go the extra mile to find what you want. They're not afraid to admit they don't know something and they'll go look it up online if they don't know. All around, they're fans and enthusiasts about the merchandise they sell but not to the point that it stops them from being approachable. Dragon's Keep, here in Orem and also in Provo, is a great place to go and just enjoy comics and other geeky pursuits with like-minded people. Highly recommended if you're into games or comics.
9 years later edit: My kid works here now and it's still the best games/comic store around. I've been shopping with DK since I was the age my kid was when I wrote my original review and they were in the University Mall, these guys are a gem and part of what makes Orem great.”

“Cute little toy shop with surprisingly affordable prices! The biggest draw is the uniqueness of the toy selection. You will find fun games, knick knacks, and, merchandise that isn't available anywhere else - especially big brand stores like Walmart. The female employee who helped us today was extremely friendly and helpful in finding the perfect gift for our 9 year old nephew's birthday. She even wrapped it free of charge! We will definitely be back”
