I had been bringing my car here to get the oil changes and tire rotations done. I then decided to have them look at my air conditioner as the back vents were not producing air. Brought it in. They gave me a diagnosis and a quote and topped off my refrigerant. When I got home. Everything seemed fine, until the next day when I went to go drive around and it cycled through all of the vent settings. I called them to let them know that they had left my car in diagnostic mode and asked if I could bring it back for them to turn it off. They told me that they didn't have record of working on my car air conditioning system and only had that they topped off my refrigerant. They told me they wanted $200 give or take for a diagnostic to turn off the diagnostic mode. I felt it was unreasonable to ask me to give them more money to fix a problem they created. The lady I talked to wouldn't budge. Now my blend door actuators are clicking signaling that they are broken from cycling through all the vent settings during diagnostic mode. Every time I turn my car on. Taking my car here for air conditioning service has cost me more money than I've ever had to spend on repairs.

Went in to get new tires on my car and they completely destroyed the part where the bolts screw on, wrecking a BRAND NEW ROTOR, I’d suggest coming to Johnson’s the pros if you’d like to have your car destroyed and have rookies do the work. Won’t be coming back.

I am so impressed with Johnson Tire Pros. I went in today with concerns about our AC and brakes. The staff was friendly and very respectful. I had an issue with how something was handled and they reached out to me immediately and found a remedy for the situation that I was very pleased with. Their work is great and their customer support/service is stellar. I was so impressed with how they interacted with me and every customer that came in. I believe you see the true colors of a business when you present an issue to them with their work. The way they handle that can make or break my relationship with them. Johnson Tire Pros definitely made me a believer in them! We will be coming back in the future for sure!!

These guys are great. I had two tires repaired. The one I put on my truck went flat the next day. They immediately went to repair it again and found that the sidewall was too weakened by time and that it was unrepairable. Instead, they offered to change it with a used tire for the price of a tire fix. Heck yeah. Truck tires cost over $150 each these days. But Johnson tire will get me 5 used tires with plenty of tread for the price of a new one.
They really go out of their way to see you there needs of their customers.
